I ve ordered several dishes all stored in the freezer I had a busy day at work and had to feed myself and the boys before zooming off to take them to tennis I had nothing ready to cook and thought yay POW Food I took out the free-range nut-free omega satay chicken and sauce Cut open the pack of chicken popped it on the bit of parchment cooked it in the oven for 45 minutes defrosted the sauce in the microwave covered the chicken and cooked it in the oven for a further 5-10 minutes Placed in front of the boys with salad and bread and they loved it I loved it My sister suffers from a nut allergy and I will be recommending this dish to her Boys thought it was fresh tasty saucy We really enjoyed it felt good eating as we know POW Food is all nutritious and made with Grade 1 ingredients Totally try it

Made my first order when I had to be away from home a lot due to a family emergency I d been invited to a friends house a while back to sample her Pow meal and it was sooo delicious So I ordered some POW meals for my teens so they d have a full healthy and tasty meal each night I was way- and could also put a meal in the oven easily for me when coming home late Oh my god- these meals are so well put together They are incredibly tasty I love every one I ve tried And nutritious too I love that they re so conscientious about nutrition because this is what I worry about if I can t cook fresh food for my teens I m delighted we all love the meals and that they also nourish everyone I haven t tried the sweets yet but will do with my next order YUM times a hundred Highly recommend

Amazing quality nutritious meals Desserts are beautiful too Customer service is very attentive and friendly and they go the extra mile The email notification for shipping and delivery needs a bit of refinement as no notifications are sent only from the shipping company itself Better nutrition facts per meal on the packaging and on the website rather than just nutrition facts per 100g would be a wonderful and helpful addition for customers tracking their nutrition Also not all the recipes on the website list how many grams equals a serving The food itself the quality and nutrition of the ingredients and the service are all exceptional so I have given 5 stars
