A well run and supportive experience I was fairly nervous going for a procedure abroad for the first time bletheroplasty But Praga Medica were so supportive Marketa our travel consultant was waiting outside the clinic doors on our arrival in the morning and she and her assistant stayed closely at our side throughout talking us through the process of the day helping us see the right person at the right time filling in forms correctly and generally being reassuring and positive Indeed the clinic and all the staff we encountered were very professional and the standard of care was so high And I haven t even mentioned yet what a legend Dr Pros is I m very pleased with my eyelid results and with my whole experience at Praga Medica I would very much recommend them

Whole process was excellent

The individual care and attention made the whole experience second to none From the very beginning I was supplied with plenty of information making me feel very comfortable about the process While in Prague I could not have had better care and all the tests and treatments in the clinic were excellent The surgery itself was completely painless and the surgeon was so friendly the he put me at ease immediately The fact that he handed me a stuffed toy also lightened the mood Adam and his team do a first class job My only suggestion is that the waiting times between tests might be shorter

Excellent communication and service

I first contacted Mark ta a few months before my surgery Her engagement ability to make me feel at ease and constant flow of communication in a supportive way convinced me that this was the company for me From contact through to the surgery and the after contact have been brilliant The clinic was professional and the process was streamlined I was extremely impressed throughout the entire process

I would definitely recommend Praga Medica I cannot fault the service and care I received I was hesitant at first about going abroad but I needn t have worried Everything ran smoothly from being picked up from the airport taken to the hotel being met and shown the way to the clinic which was just a short walk away having an interpreter at each examination having everything explained the surgery itself and follow up contact afterwards brilliant service and care throughout Thank you and highly recommended

Very professional from start to finish

Very professional from start to finish Lovely friendly staff with great knowledge and a very personal touch It was brilliant to have Jana my English speaking over seas coordinator right from the emails at the start until my last check up She even rang to see if everything was ok before I flew home I have nothing but praise for the clinic including many thanks to Peter my surgeon who put my mind at ease for the really short but excellent procedure My eyesight is now amazing and I am without glasses for the first time in years Brilliant clinic in a beautiful city

I have chosen PragaMedica for other medical treatments and since I was impressed with the quality of the company I decided to try the dentist option I did my filling and crown implant at Dental Center Klamovka with Dr Jandova and her team Everything was fine and totally painless Dr Jandova speaks fluent English and was easy to communicate with her and with Lucie the dentistry consultant at Praga Medica I ll be back for any future procedures for sure

Got laser eye surgery in Prague a week

Got laser eye surgery in Prague a week ago can not recommend it enough staff very friendly and helpful surgery itself isn t painful more uncomfortable I m glad I done it and it s alot cheaper than Ireland Clinic is spotless I paid the extra 90 euro for transport and a translator who guides you through the process Well worth spending the extra bit for that help

The dentist was very skilled and has knowledge of advanced techniques I am very pleased with my veneers and would recommend this office They also made additional appointments to accommodate my travel schedule If you are traveling from the United States I found the results to be superior at a lower price point

I had the most amazing experience with Praga Medica I was in contact with a consultant named Veronika who made sure all my questions were answered on time and any doubts I had put to rest Very supportive throughout the whole journey and we couldn t be any happier with our new addition to the family It s a baby boy
