Amazon took my money never received mobile phone
Ordered phone and charger for approx 750eur but only charger was in the box I received and Amazon did not help me washing their hands I lost my money on Amazon Italy Very rude customer service bad customer service repetitive emails only writing on Italian do not read what you are telling them do not want to introduce case to higher authority do not understand English well you cannot contact them via phone nor chat if you are not Italian totally disappointed with Amazon Italy I am buying a lot on Amazon with really good track record and 0 returning mainly Germany and UK and no problem with them at all with fully positive experience but after this I will think twice for buying on Amazon especially Italy Since 2nd June I am trying to solve this lot of time wasted and I am giving up and giving Amazon my money because they deserved it and obviously need it more then their customers Recap - On June 2nd received package from UPS opened and only charger was in the box no phone - Immediately contacted Amazon asking for help I tried to solve case directly with Amazon but since very beginning they started repeating same message in different variants again and again to go to Police and report case I didn t see any reason for that because it wasn t my fault but ok eventually I decided to go to police and waited for hours there ofc - So I went to Police and provided Report to Amazon in official Croatian Police Report that can be only on Croatian because Croatian is only official language in Public institutions I provided it to Amazon but Amazon ignored me and said it is not on English or Italian and their desired form ignoring me further and said that they will not help me any more - I reported also this missing phone to UPS and they finally UPS confirmed after investigation that there was not phone in the package and they said they will contact Amazon and pay insurance amount directly to Amazon since Amazon hired them for transport and they can not refund me they said they will to Amazon and Amazon should refund me but no But guess what no I contacted Amazon with this information with hope that this will be finally solved and that I will be refunded but Amazon told again about this police report not on Italian or English and totally ignored my refering to UPS solved case and they agqin finished correspondence with you are guessing will not assist any more because Police report was not in Amazon requested form and language and will not refund me So Amazon will at the end earn money on this lost package from UPS insurance And for me nothing Be aware My only option is now to give up or to introduce this to lawyer and start fighting with big ones overall bad taste and never expected this from Amazon

Awful non-existent customer service
I received an item shipped to the UK that turned out to be faulty I initiated a request and was originally told that I had to pay for the return shipping cost but could reclaim this Using the return labels generated by Amazon I sent the item by Royal Mail tracked service at a personal cost of approx 11 15 euro almost a third of the price of the actual item I then sent Amazon proof of the postage which received a reply stating that as I had not used their return label I would not get the postage refunded I tried to explain that their own site says otherwise when you request the refund and also if I did not use their return label how did I know where to return it to Since then I have sent numerous emails chasing up my refund with replies ranging from ones that say I must wait a month another that says they will refund the postage and several that all say they won t refund any postage and which are clearly automated cut paste responses I have even received a letter from Royal Mail confirming that their investigation into the item s return resulted in them confirming the item was delivered on 27 April and sent Amazon a photo of this Despite this Amazon are ignoring this information and just keep replying that they will not refund the return postage although the latest reply received as I typed this now says they will not refund me at all as I did not use their return label I have never known a company that treats its customers so poorly and seemingly refuses to even read any messages that are sent to it An absolute total disgrace

1200 Euro lost to a criminal Company order 407-6561461-1815565 I live in germany I ordered a smartphone on amazon it It was delivered from an amazon warehouse in germany though I have ordered from Amazon Italy I have decided to return the article Amazon it told me that I can not return it to the german warehouse though I got it from there I had to send it to italy I got this adress from an Amazon agent Amazon it ResiStrada Dogana Po 2 UCastel San Giovanni PC 29015ItalyI didnt get a paid label I had to pay for the DHL Label I paid 13 99 Amazon it didnt offer me a free returning label My package was delivered to amazon it on October 21 Amazon it have signed for the package Even with a stamp I got this Proof of Delivery from DHL Express I still didnt get my refund I get the same email again and again That I dont get a refund because I have used my own label Of course I did because there is no free label for International returnments So what can I do I should contact the courier I did it and DHL have sent me the proof of Delivery Amazon still say they cant refund if the package was not received and scanned by the return center Is this my fault Scammer Stai attento Nessun rimborso con i resi internazionali Anche con scontrino fiscale e prova di consegna con firma e timbro di amazon amazon italia criminale

yet again Amazon italy have refused to publish my review of the TP-Link MR600 archer modem i only reported exactly what had happened with my TP-link modem but they did not publish the truth and this is without explanation Amazon wont publish bad reviews if they think it will upset their suppliers Amazon are not truthful and i think you should refrain from attempting to review their products this is not the first time this has happened to me in my opinion Amazon reviews are not to be trusted

Update I contacted also European Customer Protection Centre They represent me with lawyers Amazon it responded their mail and wrote that I will get the money back in about 5-7 business days Conclusion contact European Customer Protection Centre if amazon it ever refuses to give back your money in case you return the good you purchased For me I will never order things and goods at amazon it again ----I had bought an Apple Watch Series 8 41 mm for 450 Euros on 28th November 2022 I live in Germany Order No 405-7785555-7258767On 29th Nov hey delivered me a CEMETERY CANDLE I contacted amazon it and they offered me to return the candle I had to pay for the return shipping cost They now contacted me that they won t give me back my money unless I send them the APPLE WATCH How can I return an apple watch when I got only A CEMETERY CANDLE instead of APPLE WATCH Greatest scam and fraud ever I report this case to the police and my bank

Disastrous Experience with an expensive order
I recently purchased an expensive and delicate piece of equipment from Amazon it while residing in Germany only to be met with a series of unacceptable issues 1 Delivery The item arrived in a condition far below acceptable standards for such an expensive and delicate product It was evident that proper care was not taken during the handling and transportation process 2 Stressful Return Process The return process was a nightmare from the start as Amazon it only provided me with customs declarations and a destination address for the return plus an internal Amazon slip to put inside I had to convince UPS to take the parcel as a standard private shipment going through a lengthy process of filling out their forms at my own expense 3 Refund Process Amazon it claims to issue refunds within 5-7 days after receiving a returned item However my returned parcel seems to have been lost within their facilities and customer service refuses to provide assistance until a full month has passed 4 Customer Service The support team displays a complete lack of empathy responding mechanically and reiterating that I must wait one month before they can take any action This has been an extremely stressful experience akin to dealing with a small unprofessional company This experience has left me feeling swindled and frustrated I cannot recommend Amazon it and will be taking my business elsewhere

Unacceptable Service and Mismanagement
Amazon it Deserves Zero StarsI am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Amazon s service in Italy I placed an order on December 20 2023 expecting a prompt and efficient delivery as per Amazon s reputation However what I experienced was a complete letdown and a testament to poor customer service and mismanagement Despite the product being in stock my order was not delivered on the promised date Multiple interactions with customer service led nowhere with vague responses and no concrete resolution offered It was falsely claimed that I changed the delivery date which I never did Even after being assured of delivery by January 5 2024 I received nothing To add insult to injury instead of delivering the order Amazon simply issued a refund and expected me to reorder the item This is not only inconvenient but also shows a lack of responsibility and customer care It s baffling that a product in stock is not delivered and instead the onus is put on the customer to reorder This experience has severely damaged my trust in Amazon The inability to provide a basic service of delivering an in-stock item and the subsequent mishandling of the situation is unacceptable If there was an option to give zero stars I would as this experience doesn t even deserve a single star Amazon needs to seriously reconsider its customer service policies and logistics management Until then I caution potential customers to be wary of ordering from Amazon as you might end up in a similar frustrating and disappointing situation

I ll reward Amazon Italy like I ve never rewarded amazon UK or USA with a well deserved 1 star unfortunately zero isn t possible even though 1 star is too much for amazon it I ve ordered 2 items a gas fire and tv remote both items got sent with another incompetent company called poste italiane items never arrived but to get a refund the items that never arrived have to arrive first back at Amazon it distribution centre before amazon it will return my money A logic I still can t understand it s not even my fault so why do I have to wait for my money to be returned but I guess it is Italy and it s definitely not a country that does things correctly legally or just most of the time so I guess it s to be expected in the infinite bureaucracy nonsense that resides In Italy and clear lack of intelligence due too the people who run this overly complicated ridiculous country but anyway I ve been waiting a month to get my hard earned money returned and so far not a single penny has been returned Amazon Italy you should be ashamed of yourselves this kind of customer service isn t legal in more modern and legal countries it s called scam behaviour and amazon Italy are showing exactly that BAD BAD BAD

SCAM I ve send back a 1800 product using their return method Tracking show that they have received it but they don t want to refund me They say that i didn t use their return metod and they will not refund me They have the product new and the monnay Don t buy anything on this scammer website i have sent a complaint on police and EU RLL
