Called Primis for some leaseholder advice I was given their details and a recommendation from an associate I spoke to a lovely chap called Nick He couldn t have been more helpful He managed to answer all my questions with ease and really knew his stuff Thanks for your help Nick looking forward to having your support and knowledge to help us manage our block

Fantastic management company Nick King is a credit to it
I recently sold my apartment where Primis Property Management took over the management of the apartment block in the final stages of the sale Due to transfer of the management company I worried about the effect it could have in terms of delays But I hadn t needed to worry Nick King was incredibly helpful every time I spoke to him He helped provide documents I was missing and when the central hub were misunderstanding what was needed from our solicitors he stepped in to make sure it sped the process up and was seamless Every time I ve spoken to him since he s always had the time to address any queries or worries I ve got in a compassionate and caring manner He s very knowledgable which was always helpful and if he was ever out of office he always had someone call me to let me know when he d ring me back so I wasn t left wondering Thank you to Nick and Primis for making this process easier to manage It was a pleasure
