Terrible experience
If you re looking for the possibly worst possible customer service this is it Oh you have a question or anything you want to discuss with them Be patient because you won t have any reply before several WEEKS I ordered something on the french website and I got my first reply in Spanish Like wut Of course it s impossible to join them by phone just a ticket system which doesn t even seem to be centralized Don t ever think about creating two tickets because they will be handled by different people that don t even communicate with each other In addition to that if you want to print a fan mod for a boardgame such as RAIV cards for Imperial Assault don t lose your time with them They will refuse to do it but not directly no they will wait THE DAY of the supposed delivery reception to inform you that they won t work on your order The only I can mention is that my order finally got refunded after two MONTHS of back n forth with them Avoid Printerstudio at all cost seriously there are better online printing services out there

This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company After paying for expedited shipping they waited to produce my pieces and then sent an email telling me that my order would arrive multiple days after anticipated without apology or explanation And there was no way to actually get in touch with them They waited 4 days before responding And then when my order arrived the quality was truly terrible The prints were so dark that they lenticular flip could barely be seen And never any apology

ORDER NEVER RELEASED AT CUSTOMS
I have no idea of the quality of their product because I have never received my order Their website claims they are in San Francisco CA USA No They are in Asia My order has been sitting in Customs and I m told there is nothing to be done I will say Customer Service DID respond to my email quickly but response was be patient I am requesting a refund since the targeted gift date has passed We ll see how that goes Would have never ordered if I had known being seized at customs and not receiving was a possibility Plenty of USA companies to order from Fraudulent website address

Very pleased Would use again in a heartbeat
Absolute brilliant from start to finish I ordered my deck of personalised playing cards on 17 04 with an expected delivery date of 15 05 - 18 05 and they have just arrived in just over a week 26 04 Very impressive considering they have been sent from China to UK Very pleased with my cards Great quality My only grumble would be the process of uploading the 52 individual cards was a bit tricky as the website isn t all that user friendly Otherwise perfect and would use again

I was looking for a company that does lenticular postcards for cheap so I gave them a shot Was a bit reluctant at first as the website looked a little questionable But I was pleasantly surprised by not only the quality of the prints but the shipping time as well My experience wasn t bad at all Would recommend

Professional polite and efficient
I had some lenticular cards made by them Seemingly they never arrived so I contacted them about it they gave me the tracking number and it turns out the delivery guy put it in the bin left no note and just snapped a picture of my letter there in the bin something he could have put through my letterbox No idea why Anyway I filed a claim with the delivery company and they took it from there and sent me a new one They were very kind and professional about it responded quickly The cards look really good as well came with envelopes and nicely backed with card for protection Happy

Many orders same great experience
I ve ordered 7 or 8 times from this company always proxy cards for a TCG Each time the delivery has arrived within 10 days despite a far longer projected timescale and the quality is always great I ll keep using this company for as long as I need to print great proxies
