I emailed a fault issue unit would not refill after descaling on a Thursday evening Received a phone call from Margery at 9am on Friday received further descale solution and specific instructions for my issue on saturday with the assurance that they d be in touch on Monday if this did not work All sorted

Superb Customer Service

I had an issue with the boiler for my hot water tap I called customer services to explain the issue They sent me an email pretty quickly asking me to carry out a few tasks and send a few photos On the basis of the photos they agreed to replace my boiler unit and it was with me in 48 hours Called to provide the serial number of the old unit and they arranged next day collection to return it to them Sometimes when things go wrong It s the after service that make the company and the service here was absolutely superb and I would recommend them wholeheartedly Hot water tap is now back working fine and I hope will continue to do so for many years

Great boiler great company

The boiler is great I love it and filtered water on tap is lovely Recently encountered an issue where the boiler had been leaking for some time but I hadn t noticed so the boiling water didn t flow properly the base was rusty When I got in touch I was told it was probably because I hadn t replaced the filter when I should the diaphragm was probably damaged due to limescale build up Service and guidance from Steve and Margery was faultless New boiler delivered in a couple of days at no charge I m so impressed with this customer-focussed company and I love that they arrange return and recycling of their used products Well done 5 stars well deserved

Proboil make a four way kitchen tap

Proboil make a four way kitchen tap giving hot cold water near boiling up to 98 c and filtered water Earlier models of this I believe had some problems due to outsourcing of the under sink unit but the PROBOIL 4E we have fitted is excellent An unnecessary luxury perhaps as a kettle does the job but having INSTANT hot water at the touch of a handy magnetic key is great Proboil service ordering and fitting this unit was personal thank you Kieran and excellent no long phone queues Highly recommended

Excellent customer service Spoke to a rep on phone because I lost the screw to my hot tap and had an issue with corrosion to my tap Within a day I received replacement parts and the whole process was trouble free Thank you so much to the kind lady that helped me with it all You re a credit to the business

Annoying flashing warning light but got instant response to request for help and the solution given was simple to follow and it reset boiler

Contacted Pronteau when we had an issue with my 3in1 hot tap I had panicked and ordered a whole new system as had an impending big birthday party coming up that weekend Spoke with Margery and she was excellent - the replacement parts were express shipped in time to fix the tap prior to the party and an extended time to return the panicked order agreed Thank you very much It is rare to receive such empathy and support Thanks Colin
