Would not recommend or use again

Would not recommend or use again We arranged for our sofa to be picked up but the driver messaged the seller at 5am to confirm the pick up which she obviously didn t respond to He then turned up in the very early morning and didn t get a response so left We tried to call him to go back but he wouldn t and we were told there wasn t nothing they could do and the sofa wouldn t be collected until the following week We needed to have it for a shoot which had to be cancelled but were offered no compensation for our wasted time or the late collection and delivery I wouldn t use them again

Damaged caused to property with no apology

Gave the company plenty of notice not to come down the drive if their van was large due to protruding sheds that made it difficult impossible for large vehicles to get by and told them to ring and I would collect from the top of the drive Instead they drove down tried to speed out the yard and got the van stuck damaging and ripping off the corner of my building as well as damaging the van before then speeding off up the drive without an apology Very rude aggressive driving and clearly can t follow instructions or apologise for mistakes made

Terrible experience Did not speak any english tried to force the sofa up the stairs would not listen or take away their rubbish

Frustrating

Thanks for Delivering I did however tell the driver not to drive into the drive and put a message on the delivery confirmation but the driver still drove into the drive We have recently laid block paving so need to inspect if any damage is caused

Item still hasn t arrived 5 days after it was due to Reason stated was vehicle breakdown and they claim they are waiting for vehicle to be returned to the warehouse That definitely doesn t take 5 days

Very disappointing

My elderly mother was waiting for my delivery The courier did not speak to her at all he left the extremely large heavy parcel right in the doorway I did not expect it to be delivered to a room but least out of the way of the door He left my hall carpet and porch covered in mud and despite my fragile parcel being clearly marked as to which way up it should be stored it was ignored

Unreliable company do not trust them

Was made to confirm a 3 hour time slot that I would be available and if I didn t confirm delivery could be delayed Delivery was late outside of that 3 hour time slot When it finally turned up the delivery person buzzed my flat on the intercom and then did not come in when I opened the door 5 minutes go by and the delivery person buzzed my flat again on the intercom and did not respond when I spoke on the intercom Then when they finally made it to my flat one of the delivery people started saying in very poor English that he was calling me and I was wasting his time when I had no calls on my phone I pointed out that he was late and then he became more agitated and again trying to blame me that I wasn t answering my phone Very poor service and staff are almost criminal in nature I doubt any of them have had a DBS check or immigration check done to make sure they are safe and actually legal to work in this country

Poor service Waited in for over 6 hrs with constant messages saying on their way and the final one saying Will be with you in 29 minutes Gave up another 2hrs of waiting at 10pm Message in the morning read Sorry we had a glitch in the system and they were glad it had been collected I informed them No it hadn t been collected Then the reply was from them Why wasn t it collected

Driver was very rude

Driver was very rude Left a massive heavy gearbox for a vehicle at the end of the drive by the footpath knocked on the door and said your gearbox is outside considering that the drive way leading up to the house is substantial walk When I asked for the gearbox to be put in a safe place the driver refused and said it s within your property and that s that
