Warning given when two miles of

Warning given when two miles of delivery which was at the time expected Deliverers polite and happy to put the gates down a passage in our adjoining property My fears that the gates might be damaged as they will have to remain unfitted for a month or two were unfounded as the gates were well encased in plastic Altogether an efficient and friendly operation

Company selected on the Shipley app Initial booking straightforward but had an issue when I enquired about changing the delivery address as they just went ahead and changed it Not sure where the fault lies as you seem to be dealing with different companies Shipley Proovia Fastline1courier Thankfully a call to Fastline and this was easily resolved Delivery guys had the bike bike loaded securely and well protected so no transit damage They had the right gear to offload safely there were two of them Lovely guys polite helpful and considerate as well as efficient Great service

596627 Our package was delivered safely but was outside of the 3 hour window and their website had no updates on it to tell us this

Brilliant at updating customer throughout the delivery journey - other companies could learn a great deal However my experience lost its glow when a small set of wooden tables was left outside my front door without ringing the doorbell Fortunately it wasn t raining Company 10 10 My delivery driver 5 10

2nd attempt was smooth

The first delivery attempt on Saturday was a fiasco Lack of communication and rescheduling was needed 2 stars at best Then on Tuesday all went smoothly and 5 star

Flexible regarding delivery date Prompt delivery within chosen time slot Ovidiu and Radu were courteous and kept us informed on delivery day and took care when delivering the sofa

First delivery was cancelled but the rearranged date was successful The driver and co driver were both marvellous and got the sofa into the living room via the back door Thank you

The delivery guys were super polite and helpful Sadly they initially tried to deliver me the wrong item but soon realised their mistake and all was good Overall good experience

Slightly delayed but arrived safely

Nice helpful drivers They were meant to deliver on Wednesday and then it changed to Friday lunchtime and ended up being the evening after it was dark however they had obviously come from a long way and it did not affect us so not a problem They did keep us well informed of delays Would use them again

Only delivered to my drive

Collection on Monday delivery on Friday all well and good Only negative is they delivered it all to my front drive it s a dining table and benches rather than into my hallway all on one floor which was a little inconvenient
