Professional and patient team

The courier drivers Ovidiu and Radu were both professional and patient I had forgotten my house keys and they waited for my wife to turn up and deliver them allowing us access to the property In that time they explained very well why they should not be waiting but continued to gain higher approval Once in the property both persons removed the goods carefully so as to not damage the goods or the house Due to them I would consider using Proovia in the future

Excellent service easy to book and good value We were able to track our shipment of bookshelves from London to North Yorkshire and we were contacted by the central office and the driver to ensure the delivery time wasn t inconvenient when it was delayed by a few minutes to 17 05pm Two helpful men who lifted the large item into place Would use again and highly recommend
