Excellent communication good web based and email communication Quick responses to emails and good arrived in great condition Will use again They transported a fragile and very old item and glad to say it arrived without issue recommended

Great experience Guys were punctual polite respected my home and took great care delivering my furniture I ve never used a private courier service before as always been a bit wary but definitely recommend this company and will use again in the future if needed

Absolutely excellent from the moment my parcel was collected I have been informed of what is happening and where it is every step of the way The two men that delivered brought it in and were friendly and really helpful Would definitely recommend and would use myself for deliveries too Excellent service

Staff very helpful when phoned to request a change of delivery date Email received immediately to confirm change made Received text and email to identify 3 hour delivery time slot the day before the delivery Able to track the delivery schedule on the day which was very useful

Absolutely exceeded all expectations When a price is low you automatically think the service level will be low too but the opposite is true with these Every time i contacted them they were very friendly and happy to help There doesn t seem to be any weight or size limits and the people who arrived to collect my package were professional kind and willing to cater to my requests Overall a great experience - I will be using again
