Watch out for Proshop

Watch out this company disregards the law I ordered two products PS4 games but got the wrong products so I returned them I then only got reimbursed for one of the products without any explanation to why After I confronted them they gave an excuse stating I had removed the plastic coating on the game case which I had not and which doesn t justify not reimbursing me as it doesn t have an impact on the quality of the product and as the product is also sold without a plastic coating

Bad ugly Company

Ordered a memorystick for a pc and got a surprisingly big packet delivered Well got home and opened the elephantbox and found a big brand new videocamera and of course my memorystick Phoned the company and returned the object next day Well who did not get any reward for that 6000 SEK misshipped videocam and some really bad attitude Shop no more from them

Throwing your money in the lake

I purchased a keyboard with a picture of a swedish layout but recieved an English setup I tried to contact proshop to return the keyboard with no sucess Dont use this netshop there are many shops that will deliver with good quality even if they are a couple of bux more expensive but that is better than purchasing from proshop If you still think of buying from them throw your money in the lake i promise that will give You greater satisfaction

Beware they don t have everything in

Beware they don t have everything in stock even though they state that they do It took them 1 week after I paid for an item to send me an email telling me that they can t deliver what I had bought Also the item I bought had status avaible in stock even days after I bought it Horrible shopping experience

Terrible Ordered a monitor over 10 days ago and they still haven t even sent it Clearly they lie when they state that they have products in stock Imagine taking someone s money straight away but taking way over a week and counting to even send it Unbelievable

The worse service I ever received They make mistakes and they also blame you for their mistakes I bought products and paid the price mentioned on their site but they forced me to return the products because they publish the incorrect price Never going to buy anything from them from now on I will also suggest that they should learn how to talk to customers

I bought the hair dryer thinking that the case to store the hair dryer was included as shown in the figure and it did not arrive I feel very sad because that was my great expectation Is it possible that you can send me the missing packaging to store my hair dryer

BEWARE OF PROSHOP

BEWARE OF PROSHOPTheir stock indicated online does not match the products actually available Two weeks ago I ordered a USB-C hub which was in stock and got confirmation of the order But yesterday I got a mail saying the item is not available and delivery date cannot be confirmed The same thing happened a few years ago My experience is that Proshop is unreliable and should be avoided

Bad customer service photos on site don t accurately reflect product

I purchased a projector from Proshop after carefully looking at the product photos on the site Got the product and it was missing a key feature depicted in the photos Wrote asking for return postage to be paid by the company since the product didn t match the photos was told they won t pay return freight because they sent the right product even though the photos show an older model Very bad customer service

Dont buy unless you want German games

Bought Civilization VI for Switch The games box and manual is 100 in GERMAN The in game text is also German but after consulting google translated I managed to find a way to change the language to English If I ever want to sell this game it will obviously not be worth as much as an English version because who wants a German Civilization Nothing mentioned on the website page of the game about the game being a german version Not OK
