Great and Satisfying Experience

I live in the United States and I was hesitant to even purchase anything from Selfridges due to the abundance of negative reviews I decided to take the plunge anyway since the item I wanted was being sold by Selfridges at a lower price than anywhere else I ve purchased from them I think 4 times now and have never had a bad experience The only thing I don t like is that they ship to the United States using DHL and I m not a fan of DHL It seems that the majority of the negative reviews of Selfridges is related to their return policy Since the item I purchase from Selfridges is not authorized for returns then it is not possible for me to go through that type of experience It s possible that the complaints are valid but I ll never be able to verify Anyway I am 100 satisfied with them One more thing Selfridges REALLY needs to update its website Its website is full of glitches For example The Track Your Order section has never worked with any of my orders It always brings up an error message

My experience with Selfridges has been much different to others who have left reviews on here Everything about my order was smooth from start to finish and I am delighted with the items I ordered

I ve ordered a few times using Selfridges app The orders arrive quickly I like that the orders come plastic free or minimal amount The return label is not added to the original parcel but it is easy to generate it though the app And you won t need a printer to return unwanted items The returns may take a bit longer to process in comparison to some other shops but definitely not the longest I ve been notified when the item arrived back to them and it clearly identified that it may take up to 5 days for them to review it I never needed to contact the customer services as I never experienced any issues with deliveries or returns The only thing that makes my shopping experience a bit challenging is sizing Sometimes I am unsure if it is EU size or inches UK or American But if in doubt I check size guide online It just would have been a bit easier to see size comments or guides directly in the app Overall my experience with Selfridges has been always pleasant and I am definitely going to buy from them again
