Bought a lawn mower that broke during the third time that I used it I have contacted Proshop but have not heard from them after 4 working days If they resolve it soon then I may improve my rating Update 18 8 I have sent my initial email again but some how you have not received it Just now I sent it again as a reply to your email Update 10 9 After the initial communication problems I was offered to either sent the machine back to Proshop or take it to a local repair shop nearby I choose the latter and the issue has been resolved under warranty without problems I have therefore updated my betyg from 2 to 4 stars

This company is good but have some problems
Hello I want to say that this company is good but have room for improvement It is very slow post sending and there product does not always look like the best sort My keyboard have little damage on the aluminium plate It does not show much but still I don t think it should be The good thing is that I always have got the right product and the prizes is very low So I think that compensate it

Export of purchase
The process of my purchase went well although I did have to enlighten customer services about something contained in their terms Biggest drawback was their refusal to issue a receipt invoice or a copy of it in English even when provided with a translation as my purchase was for export to an English speaking country Hopefully the refund of the VAT will go through quickly

Honestly I didn t have any problems with them for now I bought from them many times since they often have the best prices I also recommend them to my friends Delivery is good too Customer service is a bit slow but works The one negative thing is that they only have 14 days ppet k p while other companies like Inet Komplett NetOnnNet have 30 60 or even 90 days ppet k p if you re a medlem It would also be nice if they have a headquarter lager in Sweden since they ship from Denmark Other than that everything seems fine Good job I d say
