Very bad vebsite no card to buy the grafikkkort it says clock 14 00 but the clock is now 15 01 where is my grafikkcard i have wait all day and my finger hurt very bad i hope i get insurence from this i am also very late to work and my chef is angry i am not from norway its scam

Bad and sneaky people My order was delayed 3 times because of 1 item that they didn t have The order initially was over 1k sek but when I asked to send my order without that item after 3 weeks delay they took extra money for delivery Very bad overall experience That kind of business should not exist Avoid the shop at all cost

False information

False information The information given to me on the website was that the products were in stock and it will be shipped within 1-2 days After payment they inform me that the products were not in stock after all and it would take 12-15 days to ship them The information given at the purchase moment is not correct

Worst support ever

First my package was delivered to Germany instead of Sweden I dont understand how this is possible On Dec 20 Proshop offered me replacement unit or money back On Dec 21 I requested replacement unit but never recived confirmation Wrote again Dec 23 Dec30 Jan 4 but never recived confirmation Then suddenly support answears that all my emails was in the spamfolder and they didnt read them Today Jan 13 I got my replacement unit Worst experience ever

The box was opened before

The box was opened before I informed your support center and they told that you are selling products which is returned It is normal but at least you have to do controls and bandage properly before re-selling

Be mindful about Proshop

Proshop sells products that do not match with their advertisement It seems they are trying to empty their warehouse from the old products When you decide to return the product within 14 days there is a number of deduction and withdrawals appear in your list Be mindful when you order from Proshop and ensure the delivery is exactly what you ordered The advertised the product number was 8500637 which clearly stated 2-kamerasystem vit together with a white hub After purchasing the product the detail of the order stated the package includes one white caemra and hub plus a black camera and an additional white cover However Proshop did not include white mounting axillary and cables Does it make sense to have white camera with black mounting axillary and black cable I brought up the matter to Proshop customer service and asked to send over the white cables and white mounting part or to compensate for those They are not expensive but it is a matter of principle Instead Proshop removed the advertisement and denied any wrongdoing It s their responsibility to deliver what they are advertising I would give the last chance to rectify the matter till end of this week otherwise I will bring it to konsumerverket and other relevant authorities next week UPDATE This is what was in your add which clearly said two white cameras Does it make sense to have a white camera with black auxiliaries Arlo Ultra 4k UHD Wire-Free Security Camera System 2 Cameras- 2-kamerasystem vit VMS5140 - 4k UHD Video- V dert lig s kerhetskamera med f rgnattsyn- 180 graders synsvinkel- 2-v gsljud och inbyggd spotlightA copy of your advertisement has been sent to you already Additional information together with my contact details have been sent to you on 16 Jun

Misappropriation of monies Unreachable Customer Service

In short Unreliable customer service Unethical practices behavior Effectively misappropriating USD 300 plus Proshop is keeping my money and the defective equipment they sold me and fail refuse to respond to my repeated requests for reimbursement In long format in case a manager at Proshop sees this Proshop sold me a defective samsung phone I sent it back and asked for my money back Without my approval they repaired it and sent it back to me only to find out that I was not in Sweden to pick it up at that time of the year Postnord returned the product to Proshop and according to Postnord it was delivered to Proshop by end of May Proshop effectively now has my money AND the equipment and they refuse to answer to my repeated requests for customer service at support at proshop se

Package never arrived

I have ordered a microSD card on 28th of May expected to be delivered on 1st of June 2023 It has not been delivered yet 14th of June After a week I Live Chat with their customer service and told that have requested PostNord to deliver it in couple of days I am still waiting Should have read reviews before ordering from this website

Recieved dead on arrival no response afterwards

A 200kr item was received broken It has been almost a month and the item is lying with the service center It is so frustrating Never again buying from them
