Last June my beautiful old lurcher had to be pts following a quick diagnosis from start to the day of his passing was 12 days Purely Pets dealt direct with my vets and were supportive I think was a blur they even sent me a card of condolence which is a kind touch Exemplary staff I ve just insured my other dog and my old dog is already insured with them Highly recommend

Cheap premium for excellent cover

This was one of the cheapest premiums but with extensive cover including all I needed Very easy application process Portal layout seems a little untidy but all the information required is there

Ryan was helpful on the phone he listened to my requirements and requests and provided me with a policy that suited the needs of me and my dog Excellent customer service skills

Policy cancellation

Unfortunately my policy has to be cancelled because my dog falls under the xl bully type even though she s a staffy cross and is therefore exempt I phoned to speak about this as I was a bit confused Spoke to a lovely advisor called Matthew They were so so helpful helped me to understand what it meant and also wished me well with my dog All my previous calls dealing with this issue have left me feeling deflated but Matthew has turned that around Thank you again

Great policy for our new puppy

Went the compare the market com Purely pets stood out as one of the best policies and the price was very competitive I m very happy to have take out a policy for our 8 week old puppy Also we got an addition benefit of the Joii app that gives you over the phone vet advice and lots of other advantages I would highly recommend Purely Pets
