Everything was simple

Everything was simple Got a quote on line then rang the the phone number given to complete my pet insurance Operator I spoke to was polite efficient and informative Only reason I lowered it to 4 star was the price went up by 20 within a couple of hours of me getting a quote

Actually got someone who did their job well this morning Kirsty I think sorted out 2 missing policy renewal s and added a new puppy to our existing ones all sorted thank you

Resolution completed

Cheap insurance but rubbish on settling claims I ve got 3 weeks to go then will be going to insurance ombudsman Then will cancel my policyI must say after my complaint it has been completed to a satisfactory resolution Many thanks

Good price but no online renewal option

Renewed for a second year Not had to make a claim and price had risen slightly but still a competitive quote Only let down is there appears to be no option for existing customers to renew online Staff are friendly and helpful but having to sit on hold to speak to them is a nuisance

I had to ask the agent to slow down

All aspects of the product policy is good but the agent I spoke to talked really quickly There s lots of things to digest and take in - I had to ask the agent to slow down Perhaps they wanted their lunch break

Was all ok until payment

Was all ok until payment I had myself as policy holder female but would not allow me the option to pay monthly all my info was correct as per electoral list When I amended to my husband as policy holder the option came up for monthly payments Was this sexist cos could not see any other reason for this Maybe just me being sceptical

Website misleading Customer Services Excellent

I initially used your website and got a quote but when I went to pay the amount being asked for was more than quoted I tried a couple of times and had the same issue I decided to ring through and the person I spoke to was very helpful and explained everything clearly and ended up with a better quote I didn t give a full score as there were clearly issues with the website quotes which could potentially mislead people and end up paying more than expected but speaking directly with customer services was excellent

Would give 5 but time delay in processing claim

Our Dog was poorly in mid November we ve never had to claim on any insurance we ve had for her so wasn t sure how it was going to work out We read a few bad reviews and if I m honestly thought we wouldn t be seeing our money again We ve really been surprised on the service we ve received Although they say they will process claims in 4 weeks ours has taken around 9 10 weeks but there was Christmas and new year in that time Texts every few weeks to say they were processing it Our claim has been paid in full and no queries Cheque arrived in the post this morning despite saying it would be paid via BACS but just happy to have the claim settled

Competitive renewal quote provided Phone lines were not adequate when I tried to renew Was kept waiting for over 6 minutes only to be asked to call back at a less busy time I requested that Purely Pets call ME back and was told that this was not possible
