I can t believe what other companies charge with respect to how life is but I m so pleased to know my pets are insured at an affordable price

This is my second year insure with our now 8 year old dog The process is easy to claim online and track your claim The online portal is easy to upload invoices etc We had to pay out a rather large sum for vet bills for our poorly dog we got in touch with an advisor and asked if we could be prioritised for our claim as we were struggling financially Within a day our claim was assessed and payment was made a couple of days later This really helped us which we appreciated

The online vet isn t just a perk - it saves you so much money worry

I ve had my dog with purely pets for a couple of years and haven t had to use it until this week where I ve been using their online vet service through Joil and just wanted to write a review because I found them to be exceptional It s such a big part of why I would continue this policy Being able to phone a vet 24 7 and explain symptoms and get video feedback from a real vet when you aren t sure if what s happening justifies the cost and visit to your own vet when your dog is not a fan of going there Feels worth the policy in itself

Purely pets offered so much more than the others and I was able to insure our cat at a reasonable price and know we had much more if needed - I also pay and insure my mothers three cats for her as she is a pensioner and cannot offend some of the may prices out there

Complaints team experience

A few weeks ago I left a 1 review after feeling completely let down by PP after my dog required cruciate surgery You never really know how good an insurance company are until it is time for them to pay out I was left out of pocket raised a complaint after being told incorrect information numerous times I was not holding out much hope Lauren H investigated my complaint was a breath of fresh air I received a nice lump sum of money back and assured that processes surrounding the assessment of cruciate claims will be improved Lauren is a credit to PP is the only reason I have not cancelled my renewal I m sure most people dread having to deal with insurers but knowing there are actually people like Lauren who care strive to get things right has given me the peace of mind to stay Thank you again
