Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service and don t expect to be charged on the date that your account says that you ll be charged for a box as they take it whenever they feel like it when you re not expecting it even if you have a schedule payment set up when I asked to be refunded because I didn t have the funds in my account I said that I wasn t cancelling my Pusheen box subscription I just wanted to be refunded for now until my date on my account was supposed to be charged as I had planned to have the funds ready for that date I was emailed back saying that they cancelled my whole subscription and that they couldn t cancel my one box because they d already printed the shipping label out even though it s not meant to be shipped until late July they told me that they re charging me for that single box and had already cancelled my full subscription for this year they didn t even email me with my options of what I can do they just went ahead and charge me for one box which is very expensive as I live in the UK and every time I am charge to my account I have to pay a currency charge so now if I resubscribe back to the pushing box for September I m now going to be charged about 280 for the year because I have to pay for one single box on its own now or I miss out on the summer box for this year and this isn t the first time I ve had problems with a customer service I am really thinking about never subscribing again as it doesn t seem worth it with these last few boxes I ve been getting the quality is gone downhill since 2018 since I first subscribed to the box I would not recommend the Pusheen box to any of my family or friends

Either incredibly stupid or serious scammers
I don t even know where to start The daughter of my brothers girlfriend loves Pusheen so for Christmas I ordered her a pusheen box and decided to keep up the subscription for the year as her present Well the summer roles around and my brother and his girlfriend break up on really REALLY bad terms Pusheen box charged me the day before the break-up but they don t ship until July I called 2 days after the break-up wanted to make sure it was final and asked them to change the address on the box to ship to me instead They tell me they can do it and all seems well A couple days later they email me back to tell me they can t change the address because the label has already printed even though they confirmed it does not ship for another month I ask them to reprint the label They tell me no I told them okay then forget it just cancel it They tell me they can t because it s too late They tell me to just get the package from the person it s being sent to even though that s not an option They then tell me to have my mail forwarded to my new address Not only does that not solve the problem which I told them they also ship FedEX so it has nothing to do with USPS I pull up their terms of service which state I had until July 15th to cancel I screenshot the TOS circle the part that says this and email them back it s now July 8th They emailed me back on July 16th saying it s too late They SPECIFICALLY waited until after the 15th to reply because every other time they emailed back within 2-3 days I told them it wasn t too late and they were ignoring their own terms of service They then tell me the box has shipped Meanwhile I have not received a shipping notification and my account says it has not processed I got the shipping notification the next day and while the notification has my correct address on it I had hope there for a second I checked the tracking and it was going to my brothers ex-girlfriend house In a desperate last attempt I contact FedEX and ask to reroute the package They tell me no problem Just have the seller contact us and we ll reroute it right away I contact them again and tell them this and they refuse saying if I don t want the box I can wait until it arrives not at my house and just send it back I honest to God do not know if they are that stupid or just scamming people out of their money but I gave up after that and filed a charge back with my credit card company Only sign up for this if you never ever plan to cancel or move and DO NOT buy it as a gift for someone The items are absolutely adorable and it did arrive as planned for the first 2 minus major COVID delays but cancelling it was a full-blown nightmare

Terrible
I ordered the Spring 2020 box and I have to say I have been extremely disappointed with the quality of the items and the appalling customer service from CultureFly One item was missing from my box like many other customers had also reported they claim they do warehouse stock counts but it seems like they never produce enough in the first instance and definitely do not check boxes before they ship them out Contacted customer service and received copy and paste responses from them like I was corresponding with a robot They couldnt offer a replacement as they claimed they did not have any spares yet it seems nobody recieved the item in the first place and instead offered a 5 refund acting like this was the value of the item when if this were to be sold as an individual item it would at least be 10 The customer service were very uninterested and didn t bat an eyelid upon hearing they would be losing a valued customer and insisted on sending the same automated responses I am surprised CutlureFly still have the license for Pusheen when they are so clearly giving the brand a bad name

Boxes are always months late Items suck and aren t cute anymore or anything you want Items arrive broken and damaged Don t waste your money Just buy Pusheen stuff you like on your own

Expensive and terrible service
Paid a lot to ship outside the USA The box was delivered a few months too late and damaged On top of that two items were missing They couldn t deliver the missing items The refund they promised was a total joke and didn t fit at all Lack of empathy by the rude answers I received Really too bad

Beware Awful
Ordered the spring box for my adult daughter as a birthday gift and I m shocked by what an awful experience it s been There was supposed to be a decent sized microwaveable heat pad which I assume is why the shipping was so expensive but it was missing Contacted the company and got a 3 80 refund the whole box cost 80 and only had 7 items in it Shipping and import was 40 No other company is anywhere close to that price Customer service now just ignore me Completely unacceptable I ve read reviews from other people saying the heat pad caught on fire so maybe just as well it was missing The cheap robe it came with is awful to wear the string on the inside has been attached wrong so there is no way to tie it shut and it just falls open Then it came with a small notepad cheap plastic figure very small glass infused bottle that broke within a week an incense dish which is useless as we don t use incense because we have cats and a wooden tray Complete junk overpriced and awful customer service I d recommend just buying Pusheen items from amazon or Clair s they sell some good quality exclusive Pusheen items you could get much more for your money

Same issue many others faced with the
Same issue many others faced with the last box missing item and offered a 5 refund the box cost over 80 with the high cost of shipping and import fees Ive seen other people offered around the same amount for other missing items so how can they say the total value is over 80 More like 40 at best according to their refund amounts Just not worth it especially with such poor customer support and how can so many people be missing the same item from the box I noticed negative comments from other people with the same issues have been getting deleted off their social medias So for just under 80 with the refund we got a small glass infuser bottle the whole design peeled right off after three hand washes a decent little robe a small incense dish a wooden tray a small notepad a plastic figurine and a very small wall tapestry So sad and disappointed Update finally got a response 5 is the maximum refund amount apparently for missing or damaged goods So the value of the average box is about 40 then since each item is seemingly worth 5 and I paid about 100 all together for shipping etc it s even worse considering they knew beforehand that they had run out of one of the bigger items in the box since so many people were missing it Complete scam

Got my first box months after it was supposed to arrive but it was amazing Second box also late but missing two products and a third was damaged Not worth the hassle especially if shipping overseas

Such Terrible Customer Service
So on 11 15 21 I ordered the quarterly plan for the idea of getting the winter box for a Christmas gift for my Grandson who loves Pusheen I have had very little communication from them regarding when the Winter box will ship I accidently deleted my original email account so I contacted them to let them know and find out the shipping status I got a reply on December 18th saying it will ship soon and no way to change my email address I obviously won t be getting this box by Christmas These people just take your money and run I am going to ask my credit card company for a refund My advice is to avoid ordering this box from Pusheen com You can pick up some single items on Amazon and ebay without the hassel
