i do not understand all the bad reviews
I dont understand why this company has so many bad reviews I ordered my pair of quays two days ago and they have already been delivered A small scratch was found on one of the lenses so I contacted their customer service team and they replied within less than a minute acknowledging that the quays were slightly damaged by the picture I sent them They then immediately send out another pair of brand new glasses I received an email confirmation exactly three minutes after emailing of a brand new pair and I was told I am allowed to keep the faulty pair Never received such a great customer service in my life Thank you Quay
