dont buy stick with ray ban

i called there customer service about my broken glasses which when you have a glasses company there should be some type of warranty or repair program and the lady just started listing off terms and conditions and goes basically there s nothing we can do ray ban shopper for life and all of my friends agree they talk a big game that they re the newest and innovative glasses company and then provide zero customer service or help never buying again

Still waiting for my order

Still waiting for my order Chose next day delivery and it has been almost 4 weeks since I ordered I have emailed twice and tried to reach through social media No response apart from automated email I spent 40 and so far have received nothing in exchange for my money It s basically theft Terrible communication Can t comment on the product itself as it doesn t seem to actually exist

Awful customer service Totally surprise Norstroms is still carrying Quay Sunglasses with this a low customer Satisfaction rating You will probably lose endorsement for a major companies after pissing off the wrong person Companies like this usually die out quickly Enjoy your 15 minutes Quay You just lost another customer you don t care about Good luck

Worse customer service EVER

Worse customer service and returns policy I have ever come across Quay have had my return since the 07 06 23 and they are refusing to even process the return until the 28th Email responses are poor and scripted Products are cheap and tacky for the price The fact they do not even respond to their poor service on here speaks volumes Order number is QUK-211092 if you care to respond

Useless company Useless processes Useless employees

Couldnt cancel and exchange an order a second after placing it as apparently it had already been processed rubbish Got a response from someone who couldn t even be bothered to read my enquiry and emailed a solution that wasn t anything to do with what I needed help with Then they stopped responding Useless company with an even more useless experience

Avoid like the plague

I would give minus stars if I could They bury in their website that they won t refund sale purchases then claim that you agreed to this when you bought from them This is despite the fact that UK customers have a right to a refund to their original method of payment for items bought online Customer service representatives just repeat standard lines and don t respond to your actual points or questions I m astonished they re allowed to trade like this

I love Quay products and ordered some blue light glasses for while working from home This was over 5 weeks ago I have received nothing and no response from customer services after SEVERAL emails and social media messages This is horrendous customer service I understand the current situation is terrible and staffing maybe low but the least they can do is send an email response

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM QUAY

Awful awful company do not purchase from them they ll attempt to steal your money if you don t want their utterly crap sunglasses Poor quality and overpriced Won t refund sale items that are clearly in the sale because they re defective Do not make this clear at all Don t even try to help you and think it s appropriate to patronise you and close messages with cheers like they re a bunch of 12 year old running this sh show Honestly do not purchase from them

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service They apparently updated the Highkey line since the last time I ordered a pair so I received the Mini s when I wanted the largest option since when does mini mean large They would not exchange the glasses only return Then they told me they wouldn t honor the original price I paid since the discount code is no longer active There is no price difference between the glasses I received and the larger option such a scam

Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful They are rude and have no desire to help their customers Just so you know if you need to cancel your order regardless of time after order they will not under any circumstance Takes forever for them to ship out and they aren t worth 90 each If you do purchase them make sure it s during a BOGO sale or you use a discount code And don t expect them by a certain date
