Very poor lenses

I placed my order for the Desi x Quay sunglasses that came out on 20 06 2018 I ordered 2 sunglasses and had gotten the confirmation email that they received my order however 3 weeks went by and I had no email regarding the shipping so I contacted them and they told me that because 1 of the sunglasses was out of stock they had not shipped my order They informed me that they could issue a re-fund just for the 1 pair that was out of stock and send me the rest or re-fund the whole order I asked them when they would be re-stocked and they ignored my email a promotional email was then sent out a week later I then asked again about the re-stock and if I would automatically have my order sent because I had payed for them and they charged me when they originally came out They ignored this email as well I went on the live chat on their website and finally got a response Essentially too much time had gone by and my order would not be fulfilled They would have to issue a refund and I would have to place a whole new order I didn t get an email saying the sunglasses were out of stock when I ordered them and because the staff ignored my email I didn t get either of the sunglasses I ordered These sunglasses are very popular and it s completely understandable that they sold out quickly however when you get an email from the company saying they have all of your order and they do not tell you that what you have ordered is sold out how are you meant to know If they were out of stock why did they send the confirmation email and why was I charged for the whole order Should they have realised after I received the confirmation email that the glasses were out of stock they should have sent an email telling me this Not 3 weeks later when I asked where my order was only for them to ignore every email after this Overall I m irritated with their lack of communication with their customers do not charge your customers for an item you do not have and update your customers with their order status Had I not contacted them I would have been charged 100 for items I never received I m sure if you order sunglasses from them that aren t an exclusive collection with a YouTuber and in high demand you would be fine and your sunglasses would ship no problem Otherwise who knows because they don t tell their customers what is going on

I m afraid I won t buy anything from

I m afraid I won t buy anything from them again I ordered the heartbreaker sunglasses and I wanted the rainbow style but through my fault I ordered the rose gold style and I realised my mistake straight away so I emailed them the second I got my order confirmation through and they replied and said they couldn t cancel I cannot understand why they couldn t cancel as it was about 10 minutes since I ordered them They said I d have to wait until they arrived and send them back I did just that and I had them tracked for my peace of mind I tracked my parcel several times and I know they got it because it was signed for I hadn t received an email to confirm my refund so I emailed them and asked what was happening they said they hadn t received it and they asked for the tracking number which I no longer had as I had tracked it several times and know it had got there I told them this and they then issued me weeks later with the money as goodwill gesture which makes me mad because I think they lost my parcel and wouldn t say

The return policy is horrible

The return policy is horrible I sent my order back on January 23 2020 They received my return order on February 1 2020 Still no word and today s date is February 19 2020 I call them and she says my order is held up at the warehouse and she will get my refund out to me shortly but it will take 7 days for my refund to be issued So basically if I didn t call nothing would ve been done with my return To top it all off I had to pay 5 to return them because I used their label WHAT A JOKE I own another pair that also took weeks to receive Fool me twice Quay that s it I m done

Disappointing customer service

I ordered some sunglasses from here on the 26 May and they arrived on the 29 May Was very impressed with the speed of delivery but then I opened the package and they ve sent me the wrong product Delivery note was all correct but the actual sunglasses weren t I ve emailed their customer service and contacted them on social media but haven t heard a thing Their website says their customer service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week Judging from the lack of response I m not so sure about that Really unimpressed I just want to know how I go about getting the product I ordered

No response from Quay CS

My parcel was delivered but I have still not received it Hermes will not provide me with the delivery details which might help me track it down they advised me to contact Quay I explained i have contacted Quay via email there is no phone number twice now and also tried reaching out on social media but i have not had a response If i had read the reviews on here before ordering i don t think i would have gone ahead with the order Edit - after almost a week of emailing and messaging I finally got a response from quay via their Instagram They said they would send a new pair since the original parcel had still not arrived The replacement glasses arrived about 4 days later The next day quay replied to my emails lol Original parcel never did turn up anywhere

I paid 85 for these LUXE sunglasses

I paid 85 for these LUXE collection glasses only to receive cheap looking sunglasses made of cheap material The style were cute but not worth almost 100 w taxes I read some reviews about the quality being bad but didn t pay attention I regret purchasing from them I left a review on their website and they deleted it that is very dishonest about the company they only leave the good 5 star reviews to trick people into buying them Please do not buy from their website unless you want to over pay for sunglasses you can buy at ross or the dollar store cheap plastic

Poor quality awful customer service

Glasses are cute but they lost two screws the model had several visible srews for aesthetic and structural purposes Custumer service was not very helpful since the glasses warranty apparently expires after just three months and I had contacted them just a couple of weeks too late Sadly I had only gotten to wear them a few times during those three months which apparently was already too much for them to withstand Also I m not sure if a three month warranty is even legal in the Eu Overall the glasses where of poor quality and the customer service was so unhelpful it felt like they where trying to scam people on purpose Don t recommend

Get your sunnies anywhere else

I m sorry to say that I have to add to the awful reviews of this company I purchased two pairs of over-sized sunnies and two glasses cases Sunnies didn t fit into cases Continually emailed Cs for a refund of 20 Initially told to return them to California despite being a UK purchase Wrote yet again and now I am to return to a UK address at my own cost Who sells sunglasses and cases that don t fit doesn t flag this on their website then charges you for returns I hope I get the refund but returning by tracked mail as I do not trust this company

My order wasn t processed It took them 2 weeks to tell me this and reorder via email they didn t have the case I wanted in stock and I asked for a replacement but only in one of two colours They sent me a totally different one Good quality and nice products but rubbish customer service really disappointed I would ve sent them back but honestly didn t have the energy I wouldn t order again
