Very poor lenses
I placed my order for the Desi x Quay sunglasses that came out on 20 06 2018 I ordered 2 sunglasses and had gotten the confirmation email that they received my order however 3 weeks went by and I had no email regarding the shipping so I contacted them and they told me that because 1 of the sunglasses was out of stock they had not shipped my order They informed me that they could issue a re-fund just for the 1 pair that was out of stock and send me the rest or re-fund the whole order I asked them when they would be re-stocked and they ignored my email a promotional email was then sent out a week later I then asked again about the re-stock and if I would automatically have my order sent because I had payed for them and they charged me when they originally came out They ignored this email as well I went on the live chat on their website and finally got a response Essentially too much time had gone by and my order would not be fulfilled They would have to issue a refund and I would have to place a whole new order I didn t get an email saying the sunglasses were out of stock when I ordered them and because the staff ignored my email I didn t get either of the sunglasses I ordered These sunglasses are very popular and it s completely understandable that they sold out quickly however when you get an email from the company saying they have all of your order and they do not tell you that what you have ordered is sold out how are you meant to know If they were out of stock why did they send the confirmation email and why was I charged for the whole order Should they have realised after I received the confirmation email that the glasses were out of stock they should have sent an email telling me this Not 3 weeks later when I asked where my order was only for them to ignore every email after this Overall I m irritated with their lack of communication with their customers do not charge your customers for an item you do not have and update your customers with their order status Had I not contacted them I would have been charged 100 for items I never received I m sure if you order sunglasses from them that aren t an exclusive collection with a YouTuber and in high demand you would be fine and your sunglasses would ship no problem Otherwise who knows because they don t tell their customers what is going on
