Placed a black friday order the deal was bogo free and they ended up doubling my order and sending me FOUR pairs for the price of one I called and told them what had happened and they let me keep them all The guy I talked to was so helpful and nice I continue to love this company and order from them Not to mention they have such frequent good sales Wish I could give 6 stars

Before I bought my favourite sunglasses I read reviews most saying bad things about it but I see no problem deliverie was fast than I expected and the customer service was fast replying there s no problem with customs service the problem is with people who s put bad reviews

Not sure why there s so many bad reviews

After placing my first order with Quay and then reading people s reviews on here I was a little sceptical about my order but I can honestly say I have not had any of the bad customer experience that others have claimed to have had So due to all the bad feedback I contacted them to check I was able to return the items I didn t want and I got a response within half an hour this was also after normal office hours too So far so good I kept in communication with them and advised once I had dropped the parcel off with the Hermes collection and received a response with every email I sent I was being extra vigilant with the communication side of things seeing as so many people have complained about the poor customer service Tracked my order today to find that the items were delivered a week ago and I hadn t had any communication to confirm this so I contacted the person I d been emailing originally who again responded to me and issued my refund manually However this was for only 2 of the returned items so I started to get a bit twitchy at this point But after letting them know I d also returned 2 other items glasses they happily manually issued my refund So basically I ve not had any issues with them and would use them again - Thanks guys and gals

super happy with my purchase i am sure a lot of reviews here have a legitimate reason to give 1-2 stars but for me i am super happy 1 i bought it in a nice sale of 1 1 and to pay 58 euros for 2 pairs of nice sunnies is a fair price 2 i also got 2 cases for the glasses which i do not know if you get with every order or not but the cases are actually super useful and not one of those huge ones that you end up not using and your glasses get tons of scratches 3 the glasses are in a very good quality not plastic-ey no cheap-like feeling 4 arrived SUPER fast 5 and the shape is nice but i guess it s just a personal preference
