Signed up paid my consultation and prescription cost for 579 met with a Dr via online Said she was going to send prescription for pickup at specified pharmacy and may take a day or so Called pharmacy 3 days later no record of Dr or prescription Emailed support bc you can t call and talk to someone Automated AI type response and said prescription to be mailed More days later nothing So had to file a chargeback with credit card for false representation and no prescription filing a medical complaint against Dr in Ohio for false representation and Attorney General complaint Please be aware of this company You will not get assistance and I am going to be reaching out to Attornery General of Ohio FTC Ohio Medical Board and others as this appears to be fraud

They don t respect our US Constitution and see free speech that doesn t contain curses but does express discontent as speech that should not be free and they sensor one by closing the account lickidisplit but not refunding money that fast The bbb said they are out of business cause no one can get mail to the building they are in supposedly

On December 7 2023 I had a video call with Dr Javier Jimenez M D for a refill He does not know the laws around buprenorphine He is a quack doctor Not only that he was typing on his computer obviously typing information I was not saying and I thought this doctor is trying to save his job He did not listen to me but was typing his own narrative OMG I want my money back 99 00 for each refill Does not make any sense But if that s how you run your business I will not be returning I will return to my own doctor locally who has been around longer than Dr Jimenez has been alive plus practicing

I re-ordered Ozempic Oct 26 there was no message about a shortage but after following up I was told to switch to oral Rybelsus using a Customer service link After follow up it is more than 30 days and I do not have my prescription or a refund I am out 549

Quick md is a scam I used them and Walgreens flagged me because they said the doctor was 25 miles away so I email quickmd for a different doctor and the doctor they gave me was still 25 miles away now I can t get my prescription and they said a week ago they were going to send it to cvs now they won t answer my emails or nothing This place is a joke and all those other good reviews they have are from paid people not real patients

if i could add negative stars i happily would this company exploits addiction and other issues only as a means to profit off it talk about shame please do your self a favor and find someone else

They are ok until they want to block you out to make room for new patients They will disrespect you by not letting you book appointments month over month without fighting for it They will disrespect you immediately if you complain by blocking you from having an account and not telling you why nor issuing refunds upon request

I was charged twice today I am on disability and have to pay my rent in two payments once on the 3rd and on the second Wednesday which is today They deliberately made me go back to the beginning and sign in again so I would have to pay again to see a doctor I reached out right away letting them know how desperately I need the money to pay my rent but they don t care about us They told me it would be a credit for my next visit I cannot afford this How do I know they won t do this next time too I don t and that scares me I m afraid to try again

My local pharmacy wouldn t fill my prescription from Quick MD because the doctors license for a different state I was seeking addiction treatment I had already taken the necessary steps to start my prescription immediately I had been in full blown withdrawal for over 24 hrs and I d thrown out all my paraphernalia 24 hours withdrawal is an eternity to an addict The more time that went by the higher my risk was to relapse I contacted Quick MD at 9 05 am I contacted Quick MD via email That s what their website instructs you to do Their responses are hours apart It s like they copy and paste their responses They don t answer any questions You get a impersonal response that addresses the main issue and nothing else Just after 12 pm Quick MD finally responded and suggested that I choose an alternative pharmacy and send them the pharmacy info I did I m on day 2 my pharmacy still hasn t received the prescription I went into a local clinic and got the prescription I needed Quick MD treated me like I was not a priority Like I didn t matter They offer help for addiction They don t take your recovery seriously at all I had one little bump in the road All that was needed to fix it was for the prescribing doctor to send my prescription to my alternative pharmacy Timely responses and resolution is crucial to addiction treatment They don t take it seriously They refuse to give me a refund I m starting to doubt that they re ever going to send my prescription to my pharmacy So far all I ve got for my 99 was a much higher risk to relapse They wasted a lot of time doing nothing and treating me like I don t matter Don t give them a penny You re likely to regret it Update my prescription did get sent Does me no good since I didn t have the luxury of waiting This business refuses to give refunds after your visit Even if you end up without a prescription Oh and my wife was going to use their service Her driver s license is expired so she had to go to a clinic We still haven t been refunded the money we paid She was unable to complete the pre visit verification She didn t speak to a doctor They charged us to cancel I haven t seen any money refunded yet

Paid 100 dollars for a phone visit and script was sent to an iowa pharmacy with a Tennessee DEA number and asked to corret it and it never got done Then said they dont take telahealth Wit h was not true they were going to fill it if the correct number would have been givin them Then told me to pick another pharmacy to send it to and still never got filled You cant talk to a human That is not convenient at all Its been 3 days im out 100 bucks and no script Biggest joke of people ive ever delt with Worst company ever Thanks for ripping me off its no wonder you have hunders of bad reviews I wished i would have seen them before i paid
