I am not the type to write reviews but

I am not the type to write reviews but my experience at QuickMD was horrible they don t even specify which doctors are registered with Medicaid so when the doctor wrote my prescription I couldn t even get it because the doctor wasn t a registered Medicaid doctor in Florida it s extremely frustrating that you have to do a support form and you can t talk to a real human it doesn t really help you at all in a crisis I just wouldn t recommend them I used a next service that was painless and easy and you could of talked to a real person It makes you feel helpless when you can t talk to a real person I gave 2 stars because they eventually got me to the right doctor

Convenient service but beware of them taking your money without being seen

Convenient service but beware of them charging you even if you re not seen I had canceled an appointment and they didn t refund the money so I had to dispute it and then made another appointment later on and they took the money and canceled my appointment saying that it was used for chargeback each time I was never seen by a provider This needs to be brought to someone s attention because this is quite a dishonest business practice You re basically paying for something you never received

I think this app creates a problem if a person has a primary care physician

I think this app creates a problem if a person has a primary care doctor since no information regarding new medications is relayed to them Thus this creates issues when patients return to their primary care doctor for an issue they never treated or had knowledge of

Doctors license not active

I have been using them for 6 months It is very convenient I have never had a problem until Monday 1 9 23 My pharmacist calls and tells me he can not fill my prescription because the doctors license is not active Now it s Wednesday and it still has not been rectified My pharmacist has called numerous times I have sent numerous emails I have heard nothing I can not find a way to contact anyone on the phone I am extremely upset and very disappointed The medicine I take can send me into severe withdrawal They are completely aware of that STILL THEY HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT I paid them had my visit and because quick MD officially aren t checking doctors licenses I GO WITHOUT MEDICINE AND WILL HAVE TO GO TO HOSPITAL THIS IS SO DISAPPOINTING

DEAR SUBOXONE USERS

DEAR SUBOXONE USERS This is my experience so far QuickMD will gladly prescribe you Suboxone Just tell them the truth about what s going on and boom within 15 minutes you ll have a prescription That s great The problem is the pharmacy will NOT fill the prescription They will see it s from a telehealth doctor from whatever city within your state and that will throw a red flag I was denied multiple times because the pharmacist was not comfortable filling the prescription I asked Wal-Mart Walgreens the VA and even a mom and pop pharmacy I will say the customer service they provided running through all these rat races was great and very timely However my advice to you is save your time and money and go to your primary care physician and tell him the truth about what s going on They will not deny the prescription if it is from your PCP and they see the doctor is in the same city That seems to be important Just wanted to put this review out there to save someone time and money Doesn t matter what QuickMD says the prescription isn t yours until the pharmacist puts it in your hand Be aware of this I used for two more months to offset the withdrawals until I could find another way to get Suboxone EDIT I ve contacted QuickMD as they requested in their comment below my review They have not responded

Depends on which doctor you pick

I went to these guys for about 6 months with a great doctor and then the one I had this time was a little baby to say the least The least professional experience I ve ever had in any sort of clinical setting with a professional They will not just help you taper off with providing the adequate medication and proper dosing They will basically only write you a script for generic 8 mg medication and send you on your way These doctors are not being doctors Sad

Take extra precautions

The doctors are great however the their patient support is beyond terrible After your appointment you better hope and pray the pharmacy actual gets your prescription because if they don t you are forced to complete an online template stating your concern and they will get back to you w in 24-48 hours You can t reach a live person for assistance so if you are out of meds like I was you will end up in Emergency Room getting an emergency script which isn t cheap QuickMD already doesn t take insurance and the visits aren t cheap so you would think they would have a better system in place instead of putting patients in situations like this
