I enjoy this service a lot being that it s very convenient and if I m ever out and need urgent care I can be provided instant Also I love the financial benefits everything is so much simpler and cheaper But I don t think I would use it again only because I fear for future outcomes

Quick MD is alright

Quick MD is cool until you need help with customer service related issues Luckily I found their direct phone number and have gotten in touch with them numerous times but before that nothing It took forever and all you get is an email and half the time they don t even know what they re talking about I spoke with one representative via email who just kept repeating what I was saying So weird The doctors are cool especially McElwee I m torn on this one

No accountability Very convenient

Very convenient however my provider made a mistake and was not able to contact anyone The medication I am on I cannot go without so had to make another appointment the same day They would only give me a credit of 65 not the whole 99 because it is in their policy a successful appointment requires a payment What a joke So I have to pay for their mistakes WHAT A WORLD WE LIVE IN TODAY Absolutely no accountability in this world

Support is horrible No experience dealing with addicts

Being able to have a doctor via phone is good and some doctors do care but most of them just ask me about where I need a refill Never how I m doing or next steps with winding down Have had maybe two out of the bunch that cared Then god for bid you have issues then your screwed The Support team doesn t care that are dealing with addicts that need this to not relapse You can only contact them via email and they take forever to resolve an issue I seen my doctor a week ago and still haven t got my script It could all be resolved in a 5 min phone call On my last day of meds and so worried So had to leave this review

The doctor is always great and it s just the pharmacies and if they don t have them in stock you have to get in touch with support about calling in a new prescription because the pharmacy can t transfer it due to its a controlled substance Now there is a new policy at most of the pharmacies about taking the telehealth controlled substance What s going on with the suboxone treatment with QuickMD Are yall potentially not going to be able to provide this treatment program much longer
