They can rip you off I recently spoke to a provider and he informed me he would prescribe me medication 2 days later I contact support and they say he refused to give send the prescription in which he stated I contact support and they tell me no refund will be given since I spoke to the provider So the provider gave me absolutely no service and lied to me and they will keep your money Be careful with this company They can steal your money for no service given

Being able to do virtual visits is not anything new since covid Plus some people s insurance covers the visits so they get them for free

I like the fact that you can access a doctor at your fingertips rather than having to wait to be given an appointment but I wouldn t use this again in the future

Horrible customer service
The providers are very kind and understanding and will listen as they should However the customer service is horrendous Don t bother trying to call your care team as there is no way to reach them by phone at all if you have issues with a medication You have to send an online message through their system to reach anyone and they are not much help They respond using a generic scripted response for whatever issue you might have I ve had to contact them numerous times due to a prescription error and I was specifically told to stop contacting them by an agent Instead of resolving my issue the agent lectured me as if I were a 3 year old child I m not sure why it s so difficult to confirm for me WHERE my prescription was sent That s all I need to know Issue STILL not resolved and now the care team has stopped responding completely I don t believe they care like the title implies I will continue to use the service for my medication but in the future I will advocate for myself while talking to the provider

They seem good but do they have pediatric care as well I m hesitant to try them fully and find out I can t also use them for my son

Services like this are so important I know that there are other services like this in a similar price range and with similar offerings but Quick MD does seem to be very convenient and complete in its offerings

The company s claim is clearly articulated and certainly relevant I want to hear from the medical staff that are on this app How easily can they navigate the platform How well can they do their job remotely Does diagnostic accuracy suffer when healthcare is not delivered in person Having a great customer service team will be supremely important for the future of telehealth

Review On Quick MD Advertisement
I liked what quick md offered and I liked that they promised you would be able to talk to a doctor and that they offered simple steps to getting the help people struggle with I do not like that the video ad quickly passed over the fact that even with insurance you would still have to pay 75 per consultation or that they made it to look like that was NOT a big problem I also disliked this part because I didn t like the idea or the fact that even with insurance you would still have to pay for the consultation and that you could possibly get back the payment for a mobile visit but only through submitting a claim through your insurance provider
