Bought several items prices were very competitive delivery was fast efficient items well packed with good free shipping costs policy to Northern Ireland much better than competitors However one of the products Stihl MS171 chainsaw arrived faulty not R T fault I d say it was a Stihl quality control issue R T admin staff Amy Nicole were easy to deal with and keen to resolve Decided to return faulty saw plus another supporting item for refund DPD were no show for first collection date R T quickly followed up with DPD rearranged collection Overall Amy Nicole were great to deal with and made an annoying sitution easier Was the first time I d used this company but would use again and recommend without hesitation
