Bait and switch They discontinued my favorite shampoo Brought it back as a one time promotion I ordered and paid for it Then 3 days later a get a note saying its actually out of stock and to order something else A quick search of the reviews on their own website shows people hate the new one and miss the old one But they are trying to trick users into the new one Shameful

Awful awful customer service and incredibly slow shipping to the point of ridiculous We ordered a product on Thanksgiving and still the company hasn t shipped it Dec 14th We emailed them about the issue and they just told us it can take 2 weeks to ship I m very confused why they claim this when it says order on purchase information claims 4-5 business days to receive items Won t be buying again
