Terrible Experience Unfulfilled Orders No Communication Avoid Rashida Gurl at All Costs
I placed an order for several pairs of earrings from this business back in February 2024 and another pair in early March As of October 2024 I still haven t received anything After months of trying to reach out via email and Instagram DMs she finally sent tracking numbers back in May 2024 However the items never moved beyond the initial shipment info sent to USPS It s extremely disappointing that this business took my money without fulfilling my orders I am a business owner myself and I understand how important it is to communicate with customers and maintain professionalism This experience has left me feeling frustrated and betrayed If you search online there are multiple complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau BBB from other customers who also didn t receive their orders It seems like she lures customers in with cute earring designs on Instagram but once you place an order she disappears leaving you with no communication or product What s even more baffling is that the business is located right across the street from a post office there s no excuse for the delays Please stay away from Rashida Gurl at all costs I m sharing my experience to warn others this business operates like a scam It s truly a shame and I believe it needs to be held accountable for its practices I hope one day this business can be stopped and shut down so others don t have to go through the same frustration because we work hard for our money for someone to just come along and take it
