BEWARE RAVPOWER WON T HONOR WARRANTY Purchased the AC adapter from Amazon on May 2021 and it stopped working by the end of the year I reached out to Ravpower for assistance after some initial troubleshooting I was told that I need to speak with Amazon to have the AC adapter refunded Amazon refused as their standard policy is to replace refund only within a 30 day window not surprised here they are just following protocols I let Ravpower representative know about the situation and they have stopped responding I am stuck with a broken AC adapter and Ravpower won t help even though I am within my warranty period

Do not trust this company all their reviews are fake

Ok where do I begin I contacted RavPower back in April about a pack that does not work They then offered me a replacement which they never sent They later said they are not allowed to send me the replacement they promised me I spoke with Gen the only manager who works in CS and she tells me to wait till they can find the original Well I ve contacted them once a month and they never have an update Absolute fraud of a company see how they ve been removed from Amazon as well

Used to be a 5-star Their product line is excellent and most products have lasted for years Buyers of some power banks now need to be sure to completely review their offerings to ensure what they buy is complete In 2020 they sell their premium power bank without chargers to charge them and instructions that no longer match the product in the box As a now-former promoter of their products I sincerely hope they get things together

Very disappointing first experience

I ordered two products from this company and not only were they delivered to the wrong address according to my tracking app Shop But they have not responded to any emails from me to help address the issue and help fix it I was looking forward to owning and using these products considering a close friend likes them and now I spent 50 dollars on not one but 2 products I don t even own

Return Policy is lacking

What a terrible experience Customer service Grade is F One excuse after another to do a simple return The charger didn t charge my laptop It didn t work correctly and the return process began One email after another just to do a return I learned my lesson Read reviews and do research on a company before making a purchase Should have used Amazon Prime

Terrible Business People

Ordered the product online Outside of the automatic email order confirmation never heard from the company until we inquired days later They provided a UPS tracking number and it was determined days after that UPS never had possession of the item The lack of integrity of this outfit deserves less than one star Was not surprised to learn shortly after that Amazon had taken Ravpower products off their website A company that delays shipment like they do without having the intention of alerting the customer is at the bottom of the barrel

No Support for Military Families

Got a Turbo Series battery pack as a gift from my brother before he went on deployment on a US submarine The battery pack worked fine for about a month then stopped functioning Contacted customer service and they refused to help without the receipt I sent in a picture of the serial number They don t understand that it s almost impossible to get any communication from a person that s in a submarine

Another unhonored warranty issue

Well unfortunately here s another bad customer service product review I bought a 60W 6-port USB charger in 01-2021 and used the info on a card that came with it to Activate Your Privilege Service to extend my warranty The resulting webpage says that my warranty is good until 07-2023 Well as of 11-29-2022 my unit will no longer power up I contacted RAVPower s support department even sending them copies of the documents I received from them And CSR Lance is telling me that it s no longer covered I responded with objection and he s now told me to contact Amazon for warranty claims - even though I filed the warranty extension directly with RAVPower and they re nowhere to be found on Amazon anymore They ve obviously lost a customer
