Absolutely hideous I got scammed If you like the sound of tinny sound go ahead Good luck getting your money back they ll not honour their guarantee Go with Shokz More expensive but omg well worth it Sound is crystal clear has some bass has extensive range from the source Battery life and recharge are outstanding

These are NOT bone conductive
These are NOT bone conductive headphones first off So there is the chief and glaring outright lie You can hardly even hear them when played and there s also an audible hiss that precedes and follows music being turned on and off Just absolute garbage I spoke with a representative and when directly asked about this he kept repeating that he s sorry I feel that way I brought up their obviously fake expertconsumerreviews websites claiming these are high quality BC Headphones and he kept repeating the same responses He at first offered a 45 discount when i was shocked to hear that I would have to cover shipping back then quickly said he just checked and is authorized to give an 85 discount and refund me a larger portion of the total cost so that i won t have to send them back at all This is how these companies make money Absolutely shameful A 20 lesson I guess Stay away

My headphones went dead after 2 months
My headphones went dead after 2 months I emailed them about it and they responded promptly saying that they would replace them free of charge All they needed to do was respond with my address After about a month of not hearing from them I send a follow-up email They respond that they cannot replace the headphones because it is out of the 30-day money-back guarantee window Firstly they clearly do not believe in their product if they will not guarantee it for at least a year I feel like a year warranty on parts and labor is a pretty standard practice for most electronic devices and most most machines these days The fact that they are telling you that they will only honor 30 days strikes as deceitful since they clearly know the product may die shortly after that Secondly I find it very frustrating but they didn t bother to tell me this effort correspondence If they were up front with their return policy I might have felt a little bit better instead of heading to wait for a full month for product that won t arrive I got this item as a gift in June that died sometime in August I certainly would not support this company and I strongly recommend if you are going to purchase from here no that it is garbage

This is a total scam and complete garbage
This is a total scam product I have used this product less than 5 times within 6 months of purchase The packaging cost more than the product These headphones belong in the Dollar Tree Debra from Inductivv offers a manual and an apology They are making a killing on scamming us Do yourself a favor don t buy or consider working with this company

SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE - SCAM
Placed the online order on May 21 2024 Kept waiting on an e-mail confirmation that the order was received etc never came I called the customer service number listed and knew I was in trouble when the individual on the other line answered I explained I submitted the order on May 21st and they charged my card accordingly and no product or confirmation The representative stumbled around trying to look up my order by my phone number and by e-mail address order was nowhere to be found He stated that the order was not received I replied but you took my money for the order I told this individual they were a scam and all the reasons why I believed that I just hope that my credit card company can resolve this WHAT EVER YOU DO PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY

Worst headphones ever there is a high pitched squeal that makes these unlistenable The customer reps try to avoid giving you a refund and won t give you a full refund They should be sued for misleading packaging and selling trash that doesn t work

As other people have stated this is a scam This company should be sued for false advertising and fraud The product received is NOT the product ordered How does Inductiv allow this to be happening Unfortunately I gave in to the 40 rebate and didn t insist on a full refund Has anyone contacted Inductiv

Ordered 2 because we were not careful Did get refund immediately
Ordered 2 based on bogus review without realizing it was bogus When we started looking for other reviews and comparisons and we didn t find any at all we woke up and started looking around the web for problem reports Sure enough Here and at REDDIT we found all we needed Thank you TrustPilot community for alerting us to what is clearly a scam The central problem is that what they advertise as bone induction headphones are not I will give them credit for this to be fair We called within maybe two hours Although the representative sounded like he was trying to make it hard to cancel the order he did finally just agree and cancel Within ten minutes the refund landed at PayPal Whew You saved us

Not as advertised scammy
Not as advertised Not bone-conducting and they sound terrible Obviously something purposeful in their business model as they show up in the top spot of many online reviews for bone-conducting headphones when they are in fact not When I say purposeful I mean scammy Their website promotes Hassle-free returns I m starting to doubt that
