Excellent professional and thorough service all round

Excellent professional and thorough eye test earlier in the year by Helen Roberts who always has time to discuss any issues or symptoms I may be experiencing Thorough and reassuring audio test by Jessica after a perforated eardrum Exceptional service from Katherine who has accommodated my inability to make a decision over the last few months when choosing new frames I knew I wasn t going to leave with a pair of specs which either didn t fit me properly or didn t suit me I love my new specs Polite friendly and helpful staff at reception too I live in Bramley so not round the corner but I ll stay at Rawlings because I feel I m getting the best eye care all round

Despite very new problems with road diversions everyone at Rawlings was as helpful and cooperative as possible The actual eye tests etc were on time thorough and very well explained and discussed A very confidence boosting experience as always Collecting the new spectacles was equally helpful
