CUSTOMER SERVICE
After I ordered my bed online i went on website again a couple of days later and the price went down 100 when I called customer service and after confirming all the order they matched the lower price with no issues at all Their delivery men that came and installed were very polite professional and did a wonderful job

When ever I call to verify what I ve ordered and double check on something else I might have forgotten or a price the person I talk to is very pleasant helpful and courteous In all my years of dealing with RC Willey I have never encountered a rude person

Great Store - Great Staff
Jonathan Paskett was the salesman I worked with He was knowledgeable about the product and upfront about drawbacks and leadtimes He was personable easy to deal with and didn t pressure me at all Other sales people should use him as an example of how to treat customers

Great customer service
We went looking for several things and the staff were amazing They don t push you but help find exactly what you re looking for They are pleasant and Kembe who helped us was really helpful and nice we changed our minds few times and he was great about it Great choice of furniture and colors plus accessories to match We will be back for sure

RC Willey is where I go first for new
I spoke on the phone with Dave about finding a lift recliner chair for a family member who is having open heart surgery I do not live in Utah and so was relying solely on phone conversations I explained that I needed something for a 6 4 man and he immediately told me that he is 6 3 and proceeded to go around the store while I was on the phone testing the lift chairs for me Dave explained the products to me as he went and was honest with me about what they had that would be appropriate for a big and tall man He was so friendly and helpful Dave I can t thank you enough for your time and assistance

An easy purchase via the website
I have never purchased via the website before however this was as quick and easy a transaction as I have ever had I knew what I wanted to buy found it paid for it and we were finished Then much to my chagrin I realized I had messed up my order for a pick-up rather than a delivery But again it only took one quick call and someone in customer service fixed MY mistake quickly and we re scheduled for a Monday delivery Quick easy and painless THANK YOU
