We walked the showroom pre-stay at home order and were able to look at the various styles fabrics and associated costs without sales folks loitering We picked our selections and got them at a fair price and picked them and got them to our new home undamaged and hassle free Two months later we are still super happy with our quality choices I will shop at JR again

Most excellent customer service in every category Even with all this current pandemic turmoil goes on Quality furniture with high quality attention to customer needs and expectations I would say more but right now my time is limited But what I can say now is Thank you very much P S Our living room is soooo comfy P S S Great selections at great prices

We went to a dozen furniture stores looking to furnish our new home We encountered the typical sales junk at all of them The exception to the norm was JR FURNITURE They were extremely polite and helpful the prices were considerably better and we found what we wanted in one location We even went back a second time to purchase more I highly recommend JR Furniture 10 stars across the board for them
