Absolutely disgusting service with zero support if needed Live chat on the site has a so called guy named Henry arrogantly belittles any issues and mocks you and blame any issues on you I even went on and purchased a new RDP since he made me think maybe i crashed the old one and it was all my fault and the new rdp doesnt work and i tried it on different machines No customer support but they are glad to take your money Ridiculous Update after company response For your information I was extremely patient and clearly stated the issues I was having and even support from telegram chats had an identical behavior to Henry They immediately got defensive and accused me of being disrespectful eventhough I was not at all I had simply explained that I was frustrated since it had been days and days of trying to get support I was told that the rdp in question would have been fixed which it was never fixed I wasted money and time purchasing an additional service since I was told it was my fault So this company does mot deserve clientel since it is so obvious that they do not respect their customers nor provide a fair support at all They are defensive and manipulative and only try to help after you write a much needed bad review And I have all the screenshots to prove it if needed Thank you

They ve gone downhill FAST How bad is it Well they ve had to mute their entire telegram channel as it was just angry users with their servers down They screwed up bigtime and a LOT of people are going on a WEEK OF DOWNTIME This has been mismanaged first by it happening to begin with then taking way too long to make it right Talking to other user and pretty much everyone agrees we would have walked away from this mess days ago if we didn t have data on our servers that we want to get back first
