the online sessions were good BUT

the online sessions were good the online content was good but my student found them kind of boring I wish there were were some kind of games or other fun activity to engage or entertain students so they were more excited to do the lessons during the week between classes

I m glad I signed up

I m glad I signed up My 5th grade son wasn t happy at first but it didn t take long for him to get into it The Zoom meetings intimidated him but he had a great instructor who was animated and engaging The first book Tuck Everlasting started off slow and wordy and I began to dread getting into the program However by the third chapter we didn t want to put it down The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe was also a great read and my 7th grader sat in on the readings as well We would read and discuss what or why something happened which helped my son retain what he read We were told what the books for the 5th grade program and he s onboard with starting a new class

Summer reading support

My daughter very much enjoyed her summer reading program and the choices of stories I had trouble getting in at first but was able to get support to get in and they were helpful My daughter is on an IEP and did find it too be a little fast pace at times as well as having a larger class made it difficult to focus on students who needed the extra support

The thing I like the most is that my child felt confident participating in class It help him start building self confidence

Parents support makes for better readers

If you can find the time to get the work done with the class and your child this program is great This is our second semester with the program summer now early fall Now that my son is back in school it is easier to keep up with the program then it was in summer I am impressed with how far he has come in his reading and I think this program is great for children A little pricey but still great

Great Program

I am really glad we participated in the online reading program My child s teacher was awesome and did a great job keeping the children engaged and asked them questions that helped them to think He even set up a one-on-one meeting with us to discuss a specific concern I had regarding my child s fluency He listened to her read and gave me great advice to help her improve I would definitely recommend this program to others

Very Happy With This Reading Program

My daughter has enjoyed the reading program and I like that her teacher Ms Chloe Johnson is nice and patient but also on top of the reading and work that gets covered each class She ensures that each student participates and provides great feedback in and outside of the weekly class My daughter is now interested in her reading speed and looks forward to measuring it several times a week Good book selections and meaningful comprehension and short answer questions throughout My daughter is homeschooled and several years ahead and this program for 7th grade won her approval We appreciate this program and will continue to refer it to other families

I love how Rebekah manage the classes with the kids without letting them to become bored

The program is very interactive and the books stories used for the reading sessions are interesting and funny My son has improved 200 since the start of the school year Now he is more confident and fluent when he reads a book

This class was very beneficial for our grandchild

This class was very beneficial for my rising first grader She enjoyed the live online class time from an experienced educator and enjoyed listening to the online sessions in-between the weekly classes This reading program is a great start for all level beginner readers I am so glad she took this class as our granddaughter has become a more confident and fluent reader The books kept her interest and were fun to read

Even though it was my grandson first day Excited young summer reader reader

Even though it was my grandson first day on 06 17 2023 the teacher was very knowledgeable and the children enjoyed it very much educating young minds are very important to me the children learned how to tell a story about the book they read on the first day I was very impress and excited
