Lied to by smarty and reboxed no free delivery option and price of phone not good value at all Order process completely opaque cancellation just ignored order status request ignored no customer service Always over 15 minutes for an agent Give us your money we ll just treat you with contempt In fact taking your money is the only step of the process they are efficient at Non existent customer service

Accidently sent a robert zen clock back to reboxed instead of ebay company rebx which the address for reboxed was in the drop down box on the Royal mail returns website tracking says delivered No where to be seen and rebox say its not there address and nkth 48 pound down

I sent my galaxy S21 to reboxed on the 15 1 2024 I accepted their offer of 125 on the 10 1 2024 recieved my pre paid postage pack on the 13 1 2024 according to post office tracking my phone was recieved on the 16 1 2024 they claim to payout same day as item is recieved and checked over I haven t recieved any communication from them as to my payout even though I ve sent them messages through their reboxed messaging system asking why I haven t heard anything So I would definitely not recommend as I m out effectively 125Reference no ATRW0b8d0bSamantha Griffiths Reference no ATRW0b8d0b

Ordered phone and paid for on 6th March I week later still not dispatched Email on 11th March to advise didn t have the phone I had ordered Offered me a complimentary phone case because of inconvenience but didn t have the colour I liked I even offered to accept an alternative colour of phone if they dispatched immediately Still awaiting a reply to that very reasonable offer Very slow to reply to my replies and theirs are very confusing and not even able to call or do a live chat I have asked for a refund yesterday and today and still not had a reply It really should be zero stars as I feel this company has zero consideration for me given it is them who have let me down by not honouring my order They had the option all along when they knew they couldn t fulfil my order to refund me That is 1 week they have had my money and I have nothing in return Very poor customer service

Be VERY careful with this company I purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 Pro in August 2023 The phone developed an intermittent fault where the internal aerial fails That means NO WiFi and NO Bluetooth I eventually got an authorisation from Reboxed to return the phone They emailed me a returns label BUT the label was the ORIGINAL ORDER shipping label So the phone would just have been sent straight back to me I have contacted them numerous times they only accept emails NOT phone calls And have not had an adequate reply I am now raising a Section 75 claim with my credit card company

I ordered a phone last week and paid for next day delivery I have still not had any communication that this has been dispatched or received any tracking options When you try and track it it takes you to a page that doesn t exist The money has been taken out of my account I have emailed twice and enquired through their site and not received any response This is clearly a scam

I await the processing of my refund Order 15103I have sent the iPhone 14 Pro Max for refund and confirmed delivery from Royal Mail since Friday Yet reboxed hs not processed my refund Their feedback rate is so poor and be rest assured that your mind won t be at rest once you buy from them

Do not try and sell your old tech to these people Got offered 170 for an iPhone 11 in great condition I sent my phone in for review where they then claimed there was something wrong with the screen there were no issues during my usage and offered 30 I declined this and requested my phone get sent back to me which they were delayed in doing and then they LOST MY OWN IPHONE during the process of sending it back I m STILL waiting on compensation from them It s almost April now this has been going on since JANUARY Do yourself a favour and trade your old devices in with the vendor you purchase your new phone from DON T GO THROUGH REBOXED

i have been waiting for my delivery and i have been trying to call them but no luck there is no communication on when i will receive my product i am highly disappointed

Unreliable Sold or shall I say tried to sell my phone with these I sent the phone off before the bank holiday Tried getting in touch with them by email Extremely slowly at getting back to me Told me that the parcel had not been received and can I please post the tracking number Tracking number sent and I looked myself where the parcel was Parcel was delivered on the 30th March So now my question is where is the parcel What s going to be there excuse now I have a missing package Just don t bother unless you are prepared to lose your phone and not receive payment
