I sent my iphone 13 pro max off on 24 04 23 their got it the day after it was regraded due to a scratch etc accepted the revised offer I had an email saying the money has been paid Took a bit longer than normal but the issue was swiftly resolved and received the money immediately

Really good phone case

Really good phone case bit slidey so it does slide out of your hand occasionally Due to its recycled nature there are flecks throughout the material which in certain lights can make it look a bit dirty but I m used to it now

A little complicated from Iphone 7

A little complicated because the Apple system can t update an IPhone XR from an old IPhone 7 which isn t compatible for ios 16 So home system couldn t make update and had to pay for specialist help

The best customer experience i have received When issue raise the chief executive deals with it straight away with insentives and amicably Company can be relied upon because there will no stone left unturned They trully put customer first As long us you raise issue it will be dealt with

Worth a try

I bought a fair condition iphone i e light scratches and signs of wear but it was like new when it arrived so I was very happy The only disappointment was that the battery was quite degraded at 86 which means the phone struggles to make it through the day without charging Thanks for the reply- yes I saw the minimum of 80 figure I m at 82 battery health now after a couple of weeks of ownership Since you check each phone you could maybe add a note to say the phone you re buying is approaching the end of its battery life which I guess is around 80 because no one really wants to charge their phone during the day or maybe advertise the actual battery health Alternatively you could offer a discounted battery replacement service for customers

Delivery not ideal otherwise great

Very responsive great deals even student discount Recieved an iPhone charger in a Samsung S21 purchase but they have sent me another Delivery is a faff - I understand the need for ID but I had to rearrange twice as I was working and unable to be home to provide ID I only recieved my order because my brother happens to be in one day a week and I left him my ID otherwise I would have to pay 5 to have it delivered on a weekend or take a morning off work to be in You can t leave it with a neighbour or collect from a depot which would make the whole process easier

iPhone purchase

Bought a 12 mini iPhone described as in very good condition The device arrived quickly in nearly plastic-free packaging and was actually pretty much as new Battery 85 so above 80 as advertised Not 5 5 because- there was some plastic padding in the box - unnecessary and not as promised- there were some sweets in the box again unnecessary- I had concerns about battery life and emailed them - they take days to reply and occasionally need remindingSo nearly all good but could easily be 5 5 at no cost

I love this company

I love this company its objectives and its link with SMARTY to give me a discount There is a good range of excellent quality products Shipping was fast but delivery restrictive in that someone needed to be at the specified address between 8-12noon Monday - Friday to receive it When you live alone and work these hours this can be a problem and there is no option for using a pickup point Reboxed were very accommodating arranging redelivery to an alternative address though
