Much better condition than I expected

They didn t have the colour I requested in stock but an alternative was agreed upon This arrived promptly and I was very very pleased with the condition It was described as fair but frankly if it had been described as pristine I wouldn t have queried it Maybe I just got lucky but I would heartily recommend buying from them

Great value and quick delivery

Great value quick delivery and easy to set up This was the second time I had purchased from reboxed I was completely happy with my previous purchase however it was stolen from me whilst putting my shopping into my carboot I would always recommend reboxed to friends and family

I appreciated the accurate description of what to expect from each grade of device The iPhone I bought was up to expectation Of course time must pass before I can declare it durable but a very good start I am happy

iPhone 13 Pro Max Premium The phone is pristine not a scratch or a ding on it It must be extremely well refurbished or had been treated very well as it s clear that it s not just a brand new phone -the battery health is 93 which is still fantastic I ve had refurbished phones in the past but never got one in such pristine condition Overall it s a cracking service and my next phone will probably come from them too

Not yet used phone as birthday present but so far so good Good service packaging communication so assuming any problems will be resolved Only negative is the amount of satisfaction etc surveys follows delivery

iPhone 13 Pro

I ordered an iPhone 13 pro graphite with next day delivery but the next day instead of a phone I received a call from reboxed co saying that they don t have the graphite color and if I want it replaced with alpine green Anyway I agreed and the next day I received The phone was in excellent condition with 94 battery capacity and without any complaints packed in a box branded with their logo which looks very nice Overall I am satisfied with the price and service of reboxed co Greetings

Excellent service I had a couple hick ups with my order and I can be an extreme customer with a short temper but they were 100 professional efficient and went above and beyond to not only resolve everything but the delivery and the quality of the items I purchased were 5 star Jamie is the man that looked after my order top man top company Thank you

iPhone 14 Pro delivery

I ordered my phone and was awaiting delivery but I didn t get a notification 2 days later Reboxed contacted me to ask if I had received my phone On knowing that I hadn t received it they immediately sent me another one which arrived promptly So although the initial order was not delivered they quickly rectified the issue
