Although the Reboxed iPhone Received was in beautiful condition there was an issue with the ear speaker and the phone had to be returned The replacement phone is also in beautiful condition A special mention to Emma in Customer Services who helped me through the exchange process

They always replied swiftly to all emails They were genuinely interested in any concerns that I had They were quick to reassure me when I was worried about the device I had purchased I would recommend them there is a very personal touch to the way they operate which I really appreciated

I am very pleased with my phone and was able to afford a better phone than I had planned I was slightly concerned about having a refurbished phone but it looks great and I can t tell the difference It arrived quickly with lovely packaging and enough info and it has a warranty too Very glad to have been bold enough to go with reboces

I was sceptical purchasing a refurbished phone from reboxed after reading all these reviews on here but I decided to give it ago anyway I purchased a Iphone 13 and used standard delivery via the smarty link which gave me some extra money off and a free case I had the phone delivered within 3 days of which I could see the tracking at all times The phone arrived all secure and I went for the excellent condition of which there was no damage to the screen and no marks on the back A couple of minor marks around the edge of the camera but nothing you could really notice Battery life is excellent and everything working correctly I didn t recieve the free case that smarty had advertised so contacted the email address and emma replied within a few hours She looked into the matter for me and came back the following morning and apologised Explained a code should have been entered but this was not shown anywhere and arranged for a case to be sent FOC to the colour of my choice Everything was solved with 24hrs So all these people saying they hear nothing confuses me I d like to thank Emma for all her prompt responses and getting the matter resolved so quickly I will definitely be using reboxed again Thankyou

I ve actually never heard of reboxed It was airtime rewards i found this company from luckily for me i was wanting to get some money towards a new iPhone 15 PM they gave a very fair price for my iPhone 13PM and was one of the best prices around furthermore they plant 5 trees and customer service is good had Jamie assist with my emails regarding the extra 15 via airtime rewards and other questions about the process overall a very positive experience I would recommend
