One of my favorite biohacking tools

I LOVE any Flexbeam and use it all of the time as does the rest of my family My low back goes out often and the Flexbeam helps it heal faster and helps reduce my pain I m also very active and use it on my sore muscles for faster recovery My husband who doesn t use any of my other biohacking tools loves to use it on his sore muscles after his Pickleball games I appreciate how it comes with different straps so you can use it easily on different body parts The Flexbeam team is also very helpful I ve contacted them to find out different protocols how to use the Flexbeam for different issues situations and they are also super responsive and helpful

I suffered a severe whiplash which in turn caused severe neck stiffness for over 6 months Tried many things including muscle relaxants massage therapy and chiropractic All helped but nothing truly got rid of the recurrent stiffness until I tried FlexBEAM After 3 weeks using it every other day 2 cycles in preset 2 and 1 cycle in preset 3 - total 30 minutes the stiffness receded completely and I recovered suppleness and mobility pain and stiffness lowered from 7 down to 2 Since then I use it regularly 2 or 3 times a week as it also helps me relieve muscle stress and recovery after workouts or exercise Love this device and now wife and kids do to We actually have 2 devices for home use

I purchased the flexbeam after listening to the Lisa Tamati podcast and her recommendation I have not been disappointed I have osteoarthritis in my knees but by using the flexbeam before and after I managed to hike 29 km with no pain during or after the hike It has helped my daughters skin heal after a bad graze I have now bought a 2nd one for her

I LOVE my Flexbeam unit from Recharge Health I actually love it so much that I now have two so that I can get more therapy on more areas at the same time I have found that it helps me with pain management especially during my cycle anti-aging collagen boosting for my skin and it s amazing for sleep I literally cannot imagine my life without it

Everyone needs one

There is no better targeted red light therapy on the market This little device has been used in my home for migraines muscle pain tension healing bones post surgery for liver health and skin I have owned a few different devices but this is a constant I have had several friends also buy their own after trying mine Plus the customer service is great it s FDA approved for pets AND they have a doctor to back up all the benefits

I am so thankfully this brilliant piece of kit came into my life As someone who plays a physical contact sport and a history of injuries the Flex Beam has been so valuable to my recovery I ve had 3 injuries and Flex Beam accelerated the healing process I was so impressed with my ability to recovery faster and get me back on the pitch sooner than expected It s functional very easy to use and portable which makes it perfect to use pre game or post game Its literally a Game Changer

As a physician and avid sports enthusiast I am constantly reading about emerging fields of wellness Red light therapy has been well studied and has good scientific backing The most important aspects of treatment are making sure you have proper frequencies and wavelength obviously connected and ample energy to provide a strong beam Cooling then comes into play The flex beam does all of these elegantly in a portable case that is easy to use and program I have let other physicians use my flex beam on ski trips etc and nearly all of them have purchased one for themselves after using it several time Top notch product with top notch customer support
