My FlexBeam won t charge

My FlexBeam won t charge I have sent numerous emails and called as well I keep getting a new case number but no one replies I ve been trying since beginning of Dec I need to use it so very disappointing that no one is getting back to me Most recent case 18371 I love the product just want to use it

Two Month Update

4 20 23 Update It has been over two months since my previous review which has provided me an opportunity to utilize the Flexbeam and gauge its utility towards improving my IBS Unfortunately I have been unable to notice any benefit thus far That said the organization continues to reach out and support me in how best to utilize it for my personal needs Thus I will continue onward and hope for the best reporting back here in another couple of months 02 14 2023 Update I received the replacement unit on Saturday Feb 11 It seems to be functioning properly and according to expectations thus far It is a great improvement from the original faulty unit and the initial lack of customer support as detailed below in previous reviews So all in all it took about 45-days--from 12 23 2022 date of purchase until 02 11 2023 to receive a fully functioning unit I believe it should be a much quicker and overall better experience for those purchasing a Flexbeam moving forward per my interactions with community manager Alessandra I will update this review again after using the unit for a couple of months and hopefully have some health benefits to report 02 09 2023 Since writing my original 2-star review below complaining about the dreadfully slow service the HR Community Manager Alessandra M has reached out to me with a heartfelt apology and an explanation of some of the growing pains the start-up has been experiencing We actually spoke on the phone she from Thailand and me from Chicago and I can tell she is sincere and committed to the mission and ethos of the company I have also since had the opportunity to video call with the co-founder of the company Dr Zulia Frost who seems equally committed to the cause That said I am still waiting for my replacement Flexbeam to arrive since my original one is faulty because of quality control issues Alessandra explained to me that have since been rectified Once it arrives and I have an opportunity to test it out for a few times I will update this review once again Original Review 01 30 2023 The customer service is shockingly slow It took 6-days to receive a response from my first inquiry and tomorrow will be the fourth day I have been waiting for a response on my present inquiry which seems to me like a fairly simple question I have only been able to use the Flexbeam for about 2 consecutive sessions--10 8 9 minutes each at level 3 --before the machine shuts off and the white lights on both the select program and on off buttons begin flashing My question Is this normal Is it the overheating protection mechanism There is plenty of battery The Flexbeam vents are open and uncovered The room is 65 degrees yet the Flexbeam shuts down Are the ventilation fans working properly Is this normal As this was just recently purchased I am thinking of returning the unit for a refund

Love the light beam great idea The administration not so hot Bought three on initial deal Was patient with slow delivery Then received an email that I would get cases for them Didn t come inquired now say I m not entitled - not a good way for a startup to start a business Be wary

I bought this direct from the company

I bought this direct from the company and have used it every day for nearly 6 weeks It has helped me to manage my osteoarthritis so I shall continue with it and hope for more progress in the future I did contact the company and they advised a different way of using this machine which seems to have helped They were very helpful

The Charger Does not fit in the Case

My only complaint thus far is that the traveling case does not fit the charger The unit fits but with a slight bend to it

Good product Used it a few times and is relieving pain When recharging it continuously beeps Is this normal as I can t find anything in documentation about it

Flex beam will not recharge snd no support

Like Nancy in this post I have recharging issues that have been reported and provided a ticket but no response My ticket is 18585 Looks like they don t care about your issues Product seems ok if works but if not yes you are on your own I see others with same issue and same response and excuse that due to the holidays they have high volume Does this mean the product is not that good Thinking the company is waiting for 30 day trial to end I guess I was wrong as Flexbeam did address the issue and appreciate all they did to correct thisMark

Noticeable results

I was skeptical of this technology but after reading reviews decided to try it I have seen very noticeable results using this Both in healing and scar tissue improvement Very responsive customer service Worth every penny

Provides relief but has functional glitch

I bought the Flexbeam last year for my family We ve been using it for sprained ankles back pain and knee pain For the sprains it has worked the best we could really see a difference in the recovery time From the beginning I ve noticed that it did not pulse when the battery was low it just stopped abruptly and that when I choose the preset all the buttons blinked including the low battery one However that did not bother me since it was working so I just counted the number of uses in order to know when it needs charging We used it like this for a couple of months on the 1 preset Lately my husband needed to use the Flexbeam on preset 3 and unfortunately it does not run for 10 minutes straight like before it juts stops after 5-7 minutes even on a full battery In order to use it for a 10 minute cycle we now have to hold it plugged in at all times which is bothersome I like using it and I see the benefit it brings but I keep wondering how long before it stops working Update Since I wrote my review the customer service has contacted me and graciously offered to take back the faulty unit and send me a new one since I am still in my warranty period So far I have been impressed with their quick and helpful response They do seem to care about their customers which is always a nice surprise Waiting for my new glitch-free unit to arrive Keep you posted

My experience

I recently had a very painful shoulder injury that kept me from doing much for over a year Doctor not that helpful and it was so painful the only way I could stand the pain was to lie in bed a lot just to stablize it I was about 10 months into this and nothing helped and I tried alot of things even Reiki but then I remembered I had a Flex Bean I had bought some time ago on Kickstarter Not even sure it would power up I got it out and and several sessions a day my shoulder started healing I totally attribute the shoulder coming around to the FlexBeam And I think why was I so resistance to trying using this for so long Since my is older I bought another one when they had a sale as I do not want to be without a working FlexBeam as I have an older body and lots of strange unexplainable injuries from time to time and this gadget may be able to move me through them faster I am now sold due to my experience with the FlexBeam While I would love to make a few changes on the design the design maybe what makes it work and it does work Problem is I have so many aches and pains I just need a Flex Beam room lol
