I had placed my order on a monday and received it late at night on a friday after checking the 2 boxes that I received I saw that a mouse was missing from the order I placed At that time no one was working for redux and they are closed on the weekends On monday I called reduxgaming and apparently they didn t sell that mouse anymore and send everything without the mouse I didn t get notified about this for that whole week and I had to call them to even get this info What if someone send this as a gift and the order didn t get checked a 60 mouse is a lot of money The only mouse they had was a pink one instead of the black one Next issue is that the pc I ordered had a loose screw inside it When I opened the cover to remove the foam bag I heard a rattling so I tipped the pc to the side and a screw fell out from the inside 1st and last time I order from reduxgaming

The worst shop for buy hardware and PC components always late and they cancel a products

Long story short ordered a PSU which I received the next day but unfortunately failed in less than a month This is where the headache starts I tried to contact customer support on the issue to know what are the steps for a replacement refund - I got ignored After 1 week of trying to call chat WhatsApp email I decided to send it back anyway and the same day I got a response that it was received and checked upon I sent another email confirming that I had already replaced the failed one and I want a refund - only to get a reply that it s been checked one last time and after I will receive the refund - Good I thought 3 days after - still no refund and being again ignored when asking for any updates since the failure has happened within the 30 days of the reflection period LE 3 days after the initial review I managed to speak to someone with the promise that I will receive a response that same day 1 week later still no response no refund and no more answering the calls Final Edit I was called back the same day i did the last edit and this time I spoke to a different person who kept the promise and refunded me 1 hour later

Product not delivered for more than two weeks still haven t got my money back no response from email Only responded after I left a bad review Terrible customer support

Have bought full setup here including monitor and pc There was a dead pixel in the middle of the screen and i have tried to resolve this with redux gaming They didn t come with any good solutions also to contact their support is a hell Multiple times i have tried calling them but have been waiting 30 minutes on the support line when it eventually just cuts you off They also dont actually put any effort in to help you I still have this issue I have decided to contact samsung after and they could immediately help me REALLY BAD REDUX GAMING I WOULD HAVE HOPED U COULD DO THIS FOR ME

No customer service Warranty is useless they dont answer you Avoid avoid avoid

Company unreachable Via phone and post Cannot reach anyone over phone call gets cut off after 1 hour 30 minutes of waiting Returning item to which they are return the item back to me when i just wan to retun goods and get my money back If you are reading this Redux Gaming Please accept the return and send back my money

This company is unreachable i called them 3 times on their customer service line where i already had to wait over 4 hours but thats not all When you become the last one on the line and its saying the next free line is reserved for you you will get kicked out Never have seen such a bad company thats why i decided to buy my beast pc somewhere else

Sent me a computer with a faulty graphics card It is impossible to get a hold of anyone I have been trying for multiple days just to talk to someone there to see if there is something I can fix on my end before I send it back to them but no response from any of their services Now I am trying to do the RMA process but have questions and again it is quite impossible to get a hold of anyone

I ordered a gaming chair that never arrived It s been a few months now and contact with them is tragic No response they don t care I have not received a refund Stay far away from this page I do not recommend
