I accidentally selected the wrong color
I accidentally selected the wrong color of the item I had ordered They have no exchange policy and were unwilling to work with me so I could use a coupon code Their customer service is quite appalling especially for a company that sells outdoor gear on the higher end in terms of price I was excited to find their products but I don t think I will order from them in the future There are many stores companies looking for loyal customers and reima doesn t seems to care about customer service

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous US customer service The worst I ve ever encountered I can t speak to product quality because they charged me for a jacket that was never received I ve written five times without response and their customer service phone number is constantly busy Don t recommend buying from their website -Replying to customer service response Hi Anne Thanks for your response however I have yet to receive any acknowledgement whatsoever from customer service It s been one week If there had been at the very least a response to my first or fifth - soon to be sixth e-mail this review would never have been written

Their products are great fulfillment is terrible
Their products are great their customer service is nonexistent It is very common to order something and wait for weeks or even months to get it before getting an email that the item is out of stock They also charge your credit card when you place the order instead of when the item is shipped and if the item is never shipped you might get a refund months later Emailing customer service never gets you anywhere they just stop responding I started filing disputes with my credit card every time I am charged for items that never show up

Terrible customer service
I love Reima and their quality but I am giving one star for their terrible customer service they are probably based in Eastern Europe I ve called them twice so far and both times the representative did not speak English When I sent them an email they just replied with a template that did not answer my question I am going back to ordering from Patagonia

Unwilling to correct order error
I placed an order then immediately realized I inadvertently ordered the incorrect size I reached out to customer service within less than 10 minutes of placing the order and was told nothing could be done I would understand if I waited to reach out but I reached out immediately It has now been days and the order still says in fullfillment I m beyond disappointed that they would rather pay to ship the incorrect item wasting resources and money than make an adjustment
