No Product received and no Refund

I bought an item for R2929 99 on the 14 February 2023 My item was supposed to arrive in two weeks time as it stated on their website Instead of getting the item I got a call saying I have to wait another 6 weeks At this point I cancelled my order and requested a refund As you guessed no refund was received and all my money is gone I emailed several times and got the same response as other people Nothing has been advised as yet however I have followed up again in order to provide you with feedback Rather stick to buying from Takealot they honest and more reliable

Unreliable Store Non Delivery for the 2nd Month

This store should be definitely shut down With all the unreliable reviews that they have been getting how is the company still trading Purchased something in Jan 2022 to date no delivery Rec an email last week to say that there was no stock expect delivery by the 11th Quite frankly I dont think I will receive the goods I have given up It is my fault anyway for not checking the reviews before purchasing

Four months later still haven t got my money back

I placed an order and paid for it on 10 June 2022 Two months later and after a number of excuses and fake links to couriers I received the wrong item was of inferior quality too It was finally collected for a refund on 26 August 2022 To date six weeks later I have yet to receive my refund or a reason for the non payment I strongly advise everyone to keep away from this fly-by-night operation Reliable Stores is a disgrace and an embarrassment to the online trading industry I would suggest that the staff get together and quickly hire a professional to run the company before everyone loses their jobs

If fact these people are the Most UnRelaible company that I have ever purchased from They dont answer their calls or emails neither to they deliver your goods on time I ordered something in 26 01 22 To date no delivery they dont answer their phones and no correspondence whatsoever They dont even deserve the single star as their service sucks I also didnt read the ratings before I could purchase

Terrible customer service I submitted multiple emails for assistance Got only short email responses which did not help Sent a manual that my IT department nor I could open or use Included some cryptic information and the need to download apps Website says 100 satisfaction guaranteed I requested my money back with no response Strongly recommend you do not use this site
