I first would like to give a shout out a thank you and a very positive review and complement to Progress Residential employee Millie Perez who personally reached out to me to help resolve the many issues I have with my rental home She was very quick efficient honest helpful and a blessing to me during a very horrible time in this home I d also like to give a compliment thank you and positive review to call center supervisor Stephan and Call center agent Juanitra Who both help the process to get going to fix my maintenance issues I have rented from Progress Residential for 3 1 2 years And have had nothing but maintenance issue after maintenance issue after maintenance issue It s not only the issues that created a nightmare for me But how Progress Residential handles those maintenance issues It is almost impossible to get a hold of an agent through a phone call so after attempting that multiple times and on hold 40 minutes plus each time or requesting callbacks with never receiving a call back and then resort to the email process which of course usually takes days to respond to if at all My list is too long to mention but it s been everything from rat infestation termite infestation electrical plumbing water pouring in my windows clogged up plumbing and sinks it goes on and on However the reason for this review is to give credit to the employees that have helped me with my recent issues they are truly soldiers for this company In my opinion they deserve to work for a much much better company I want to again say thank you for your outstanding and great service to Millie Perez Stephan call center supervisor and call center agent Juanitra You three Truly helped me out with an impossible situation and quite honestly saved your company from me going to the news about them and maybe even further I truly hope Progress Residential realizes the amazing and outstanding employees they have in the three of you Thank you all from the bottom of my heart

I cannot explain the negative reviews I have read but let me say that my experience with this company has been excellent and I have highly recommended them to many associates I have been a tenant since May of 2021 and have just renewed my lease for another year My rent went up but rent has gone up everywhere and their increase was within the market range but maybe a little high When I mentioned this to the PR representative she agreed to submit my request for a reduction to the Owner and it was approved The increase in rent ended up less than 10 and home values in my area have risen well over 30 in the last year The original lease process was a little complicated but both the rental agent and the emails clearly spelled out the steps for me to complete the process My 1st month paying my rent online did result in a late fee but when I reviewed the policies and the date I submitted my payment there had been no misrepresentation I had not allowed the required 72 hour time window for payment to clear given how the weekend fell I have had 2 service calls in my 1st year one where I was home for the call and the 2nd one I left a key in the lockbox and the technician completed the work in a professional way He had to schedule a 2nd trip to complete the service because he had to order a part but the return visit was scheduled before he left the 1st time and he returned on the day he said he would and finished the repair I am renting in the NW Atlanta area and my representatives have been very responsive professional and helpful I cannot comment on actions on Tennessee or Texas or New Jersey but here in Georgia they are far better than any of the local property management companies

Kudos to the maintenance team Mr Adonis was amazing He came in a timely fashion and delivered excellent service Thank you Mr Adonis for checking on my family the next day to make sure our other needs were being met You showed sincerity and compassion Mr Kyle came through just like he said he would too He was very kind professional as well and got the job done My kids were very happy that issues upon move in were handled in a timely fashion by nothing but the best The customer service these guys displayed was exemplary Mr Miles is a wonderful supervisor who lives by example His staff that works under him is very professional and responds in a timely fashion They actually care about the people they serve Mr Miles you were consistently checking in to make sure your staff took care of business Attitude reflect leadership and you are a great leader sir Mr James Downie thank you for your sincerity compassion heart for what you do and professionalism too You made sure we were well provided for and checked in as well I have to give another shout out to our leading lady working behind the scenes putting all these work orders together Mr Kateria Wright you are the glue that makes it all stick together You work tirelessly and endlessly until your shift is over Thank you ma am for sending out the right staff You are a great access to the company You minimize all the confusion and when problems arises you are on top of it Thank you again everyone

I have now been a renter with progress

I have now been a renter with progress going on 4 5 years I just have to say something about the reviews I moved from a place that didn t even care about the way you lived They collected rent and that was it and I lived there for 8 years Until I couldn t take it anymore With that being said since i have been a renter with Progress it has been amazing I mean WHENEVER there is an issue they fix it immediately I don t care when it is I haven t had many but those i have had have been corrected Not to mention 2020 It got ahold of a lot of us I fell behind but I still paid what I could and when I tell you that they worked with me the months that I needed them to with no hesitation They were on it and extremely willing to assist in any way I am not doing this for any recognition I just see the negative reviews and I am a bit bothered because if you communicate with them on any level I m positive that whatever it is will be resolved Again I m not doing any of this for recognition They don t even know that I am writing a review Maybe my family was blessed But I can tell you that I have never been happier renting with Progress

Before these guys I rented directly

Before these guys I rented directly from a landlord and it was a terrible experience I was given 1 month to vacate the property because my grass got too high while on vacation Never was late on a single payment So here I am 90 days into renting from Progress in a much nicer home only one block from the the old place and I couldn t be happier Before Progress came in this particular house was an eye sore in the community Within a short time they had this place painted from top to bottom all new appliance counter tops floors new fence AC Unit and fresh grass put in Now its one of the nicest places on the area My only complaint is there isn t an option to buy what I think is our forever home These guys worked with me on my credit challenges and made the move in process a breeze I ve had a couple maintenance calls requested though the online portal garage door repair tree trimming code violation handled in a timely manner I highly recommend renting from them
