Visa machine not working

Visa machine not working trying for 3 months to get it fixed or replaced but would be the worst customer service ever if we actually got ANY customer service Weeks trying to get through on the phone non-existent numbers no answer permanent hold Multiple emails with auto-response saying they would contact us within 5 working days Liar liar pants on fire We are actively trying to get our visa machine moved to any other company in the world and then we will be absolutely delighted beyond belief to give these complete and utter gobshites the two fingers and block their rental direct debit

No response to a critical fault

We have been customers for nearly 4 years at the busiest time of year our card machine on which we are dependent develops a serious fault we have called through multiple times over several days and never been connected I emailed and the robot says someone will get back to me a week 5 working days later This kind of service is literally useless and not fit for purpose We now have to start a new contract with another provider pronto RMS aren t getting another penny of our hard-earned cash

If I could give RMS a zero I would The customer service is absolutely appalling and non existent I ve been trying to contact them by phone for 2 weeks Emailed and got a automatic response saying they would contact me within 5 days but haven t It s difficult enough trying to run a small independent business without the palaver of this

I would leave no stars if possible Appalling company we terminated contract 4 years ago and were sent a letter in the post today 21 dec 2022 stating because of inactivity on our account we would be charged for a terminal at 399 VAT unbelievable no one could sort it on the phone No way of emailing them written reply so will have to resort to snail mail recorded delivery of course Avoid at all costs truly terrible god only knows how they are still in business

I Manage an NHS pharmacy and have used RMS for 12 years as my payment terminal provider Last week the terminal I rent from RMS became faulty It took 5 days to send out a new replacement which unfortunately turned out to be faulty I have today been told it will be another 5 days to send out a second replacement The disruption it is causing is damaging the pharmacy service with patients who are unwell and or disabled being told they need to go to cash point and withdraw cash The customer service representatives at RMS show no urgency or compansion for the situation we are in A lack of professionalism and expertise is my experiance of RMS on this occasion Please RMS please sort this mess out we have been a loyal customer for over 12 years this disruption must come to an end

Just terrible - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I can honestly say I ve never dealt with a worse company If negative stars were an option they would get a bucket full Customer service is terrible the attitude of the call handlers leaves an awful lot to be desired Call backs are promised but never materialise always excuses I would absolutely not recommend RMS to anybody they will drive you mad while their poor service adversely affects your business Steer well clear

Don t reply to emails Tried 4 different email addresses They have Changed phone numbers and on hold for half an hour to an hour each time they charge random fees on your invoices - a listing fee which I did not approve there are better card rates with other providers - shop around don t get stung as a small business like we did

So card machine went down Friday its now Monday still can t contact anyone have spent my life on hold Is anyone alive at Rms I m a small business and not all customers are happy paying cash or bank transfer while I wait wait wait for someone to pick up the phone I m losing sales and my batch from Friday has disappeared I hope I m going to be compensated for this you haven t even replied to my first review this is getting out of hand now

You ll Spend Your Life on Hold

Have been trying to contact RMS to cancel our contract for terminal rental for over a week and have been on hold for a total of AN HOUR over three separate calls their hold music is ATROCIOUS Two emails have gone unanswered as well We have resorted to cancelling our direct debit and sending the terminal back to them at our own cost Even before all this data breach malarkey they were neigh impossible to contact How can you run a business like this Avoid at all costs - you have been warned
