Having dealt with a few people from RMS

Having dealt with a few people from RMS I was beginning to lose my sanity however once I d managed to speak to Emma Carey things started to look up things are still far from perfect but we seem to be moving in the right direction My advice to anyone looking to change to RMS would be to get everything offered written down and recorded before signing anything the sales reps promise you the earth then cant deliver

have conract until end of july 2020 dont want another contract want advice on how i cancel and send realy inadiquate paymeny card machine back that at times is not fit for purpose 50 quid a quater plus protecrion fees plus increased transaction fees there are much cheaper options mistake getting this machine ime afraid also i had to go to trading standards because when sold the contract i wasent hiven full details of charges Disapointed with RMS

Application Team Was Terrible But Customer Service Was Great From Main Department

Well I Would like to Give the company itself not the full rating due to a certain department being rude but thanks To Emma Carey She managed to sort eveything out for me and leave me happy with all due honesty and respect if it was not for her I would actually be rating them 1 star My main concern how do you get customers if your application department is giving terrible service

at this moment in time what a waste of a company there promise you the world and give you a stone unable to contact area manger who signed me up there C s are unable to contact him they say they sent emails to everyone in the building and still no replies and all you get is we will contact you when we know something ok is that this year or next year we cant tell you that as its any other department pure rubbish C s

The 3 stars are for the company When I first signed up they didn t give me any options and I spent years paying for a higher tariff that I did not need When I rang to cancel it was only then that they told me that there was one at less than half the price I felt like I had been robbed However Sarah Gruner at Customer Services deserves 5 she is brilliant Super helpful Although I wouldn t recommend this Company after my experience I would certainly recommend her

Last update I am pleased to report that the situation has now been resolved Jack Wall Senior Manager Contacted me last week and listened to my issues By the end of the day I received an email confirming my account was closed and I didn t owe any monies Thank you Jack I hope the info I gave you will hopefully have some kind of impact on others in the same situation as i was

Alex Hoseason was very helpful in sorting out the issues and setting up card machine if I could rate only him for his services it would have been a 5 star rating But the RMS company itself has lost my paperworks twice and the whole change of entity process took near to six months therefore i will only be giving 3 stars

Struggling under pressure

I ve recently had problems getting an additional terminal from RMS and I would have scored this lower but for the tremendous support of Anna Donnelly She has really strived to sort my problems and I am very grateful Despite my average rating I must point out that this is the first time I ve ever had a problem with this company

I spoke to Melanie Kent today her service was brilliant five stars couldn t fault it helped me get my terminal up and running again after I changed internet provider But I did have some issues I was waiting for ten minutes for someone to answer the phone During this time I used RMS chat I received a non reply to my message I was told to hold on then received no reply by Rebekah

Mohammed Dualeh 5star service RMS 1 star service

The only reason this is not a one-star is due to the five start service received from Mohammed Dualeh this morning For five months RMS has been given me the runaround unable unwilling to address a problematic card machine After a replacement card machine arrived after 5 days Promised 24 or 48 hour at the outside delivery the machine still didn t work Thankfully Mohammed Dualeh after over two hours managed to get us up and running So in review Mohammed Dualeh 5 star service RMS in general 1 star
