Machine issues
Frank who I spoke to was great in helping me sorting out the issues I had with my card machine today but the problem was it took almost 2 hours the previous phone call I did was 40 minutes about the same problem which they basically couldn t sort on the night I was open Since reopening after Covid I have had to ring up every week with one issue or another it s just not practical to have to spend all this time on the phone sorting issue after issue
