patricia helped us today and was fantastic i have very little knowledge of computers and found myself having to set up a credit card machine she talked us through setting it up and was able to get it going thank you Patricia you saved the day there were two of us at work today and can t thank her enough

Spoke to Kareem today and yesterday

Called in today and spoke to Melvin regarding some technical problems we were having with our machine He quickly organised a replacement and also helped with some account charging errors Melvin was very professional efficient and is a credit to RMS I would like to be able to speak him every time I call in Excellent service from Melvin today This guy goes the extra mile

Enquired regarding renewing and costing on taking on a second and third terminal for our newly acquired sites and Kareema Mohammed was extremely patient with my self and answered every question with the utmost respect clear concise and to the point The willingness shown to accommodate my needs really helped me make a clear and informed decision Thank you for going the extra mile and taking the time to answer all my questions Great Service She is a credit to the team

Melvin fixed it

After 12 months or so trying to resolve multiple issues with RMS I found myself having to go through my numerous issues with Kareema Mohammed from customer services Initially I was sceptical that any of these matter would be resolved as I had been there many times before I am delighted to say that she has managed to address them all and has emailed me confirmation on all matters I am extremely happy with Kareema s service and attention to detail If her supervisors are reading this she is a keeper and a huge assett to your business Tony Swales

Had a few issues with our billing

Had an issue with Bad Mac and so we couldn t take any payments Called up and Melvin helped sort the problem trying about 3 4 different ideas to get it fixed Works perfectly now thanks Melvin
